Met with a salesperson after I had personally designed and drawn plans for a pool. This person told me I would have a quote within 2 weeks. A month went by and I never received the quote. I was able to get a hold of the salesperson and I was told I would get the quote soon. Now, 7 weeks later, I still don't have a quote or any response from the company. If this is the treatment you get just to get a quote, I don't even want to know what it's like to work with this company.
I understand everyone is busy, but I would appreciate honesty over just being ignored.

This is perhaps the worst builder out there. My pool was built by this company, the pool cracked, they have not repaired the damage and it has been 2 years. Further, 11 out of the 12 Pentair lights have now stop working and they are supposed to be under warranty. They will not cover it because they said it was due to chemical damage. They came to test the water at the same time the pool was being cleaned and chemicals were added to the pool. Further, they charged me for the inspection of the lights for the warranty as a service call. Horrible, horrible, horrible. spent a 100 grand on a pool that

I have never left a bad review for a company. However, I believe our experience with this company needs to be shared so that people will take this feedback into consideration when making the important decision of what company to choose for their pool construction. Initially we had a great experience with Robinn, our consultant. She took time to sit with us and really listen to what we wanted. She got back to us quickly with plans and a quote. We felt so comfortable with her, so we decided to choose Fountain Blue to build our pool. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly our permit was issued and

Bidding: Fountain Blue provided a detailed line-item quote. This was important to me. Many companies hide what you're getting behind a package price with vague details about materials and equipment. It was all spelled out.
Design: We used Joanna and she's the best! I had a unique design in mind and she understood that I knew that I wanted. Other companies kept trying to show me "their" vision of my pool.
Permitting: Went as smooth as could be expected. With a large company like FB, they have a system worked out

So far our experience with fountain blue has been great. The sales person/designer, Joanna, has been beyond responsive to us. She’s been patient and courteous, often providing us information that would help us in not just our pool build process, but in our relocation down to Florida. We hope that this experience continues during the construction phase.

Leslie pool referred Fountain Blue pools if I needed repairs. The heat sensor on my Jandy JXI heater stopped working and I contacted Fountain Blue. The technician was to call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. That did not happen and I was never notified that he was came. He DID NOT ADDRESS MY HEATER ISSUE. I received an email about a check valve that I’m capable of replacing. I’m left with a heater that is still not working and I can’t get anyone from Fountain Blue pools on the phone. Disappointed! It’s a mistake to use this company. Poor communication. Poor service. Poor outcome.

I signed a contract with Fountain Blue Pools in September, we were swimming in April. Only very minor bumps along the way. All of the subcontractors seemed to be the best at their trade and were scheduled in fine unison to complete the job. I’ve used the pool just about every day and love it. Joanna was our sales representative and I would recommend her 100%. She loves her job and it shows.

High Quality, easy to work with contractor, excellent. We shopped around for a new pool in February 2020. We had several pool companies come give us their pitch. Joanna with FBP was the most honest, most knowledgeable, and delivered all the cost involved with our project. If you're building a pool... do your research (their is so much on the internet); then ask the sales person questions... and see who is honest and knowledgeable. That's why we went with FBP. Joanna knew the answers, was honest and up front with all cost (nothing was hidden). But most importantly... she designed a great looking
