While working for others she determined there was a Better Way to Build. We heard so many horror stories about contractors when we moved to Florida. We were so lucky when we met Susanne. She helped us redo our whole house. Susanne and her team made the process as smooth as it could be. She is a FAIR and knowledgeable contractor. You don’t find that very often.

I had a small bathroom remodeling done. The outcome was fantastic. Much better then I had hoped for and my ideas had been rather difficult, I wanted everything custom made with live wood.
I’m already on to the next project with Susanne. Great reliable crew with good work ethics.

If you want to support a woman who has worked her a$$ off to gain respect in a male dominant business. Work with this woman. She is humble and doesn’t brag nor does she ever speak Bad of anyone because she is so humble and believes everyone should have a chance in life to do good. She is a true hard worker and she knows her stuff. She is honest up front about pricing. Her quality of work is higher than most. She won’t tolerate lazy workers and she will always be honest, tell you like it is. Sometimes honesty hurts. If you are looking for a reliable no BS contractor she is your person.

Worked there for a very short time, wouldn't recommend anyone to work there. Very condescending management that doesn't take ownership of her shortcomings as an employer. She's always right, you're always wrong. Now I understand why she cannot retain qualified employees. They are either quitting or getting fired. Do your research if you plan to interview there for your own sanity.
