The owner of this company just dropped me right before Memorial Day weekend, leaving me with no one to cut my tall grass. I had emailed him a week before asking when he would be coming to cut the grass as happens every May-no response to my email.
He finally responded to a text and said he dropped me due to being short staffed. But his lack of courtesy, communication, and professionalism has now left me scrambling to find another service. At this time of year so many of them are fully booked and not taking on new customers.
