We were very happy with Fiddler Roofing. We are in Erie county and had an addition put on 10 years ago by a different contractor and that part of the roof was done incorrectly which resulted in water damage to the interior of our kitchen and bedroom. Fiddler was able to identify the potential leaking areas by going up on the roof for our estimate and thoroughly explaining our potential issues. Other companies we had estimates from told us the whole roof had to be replaced and one company didn't even go up on the roof. Fiddler advised that just the addition area needed to be replaced and they fixed

We had Fiddler roofing install our roof and gutters and they did an amazing job. John was very thorough explaining what needed to be done and walked us through the process step by step, answering many questions we had for him and put our minds at ease. He even came out on his wedding anniversary and worked along side his crew! The Fiddler team was very professional from start to finish and the work completed was top notch. Very happy! After multiple estimates on my roof, I decided to go with Fiddler Roofing. The roof i needed redone is basically a flat roof. All the other companies did estimates for shingles, which i was not comfortable with. Fiddler caught my attention when they said it goes against their company policy to use shingles on such a low pitch. They offered me an alternative material to shingles that was also not ugly rubber roofing. When they came to my house, they were professional and efficient. John the president of the company, was on the job working side by side with his crew. That says a lot!

We had a great experience from beginning to end! We had multiple shingles that had blown off in high winds that also cause leaking. They assessed it and assisted us through the process with our insurance company making sure we got our maximum coverage and a quality roof. They were fast, clean and professional. I would absolutely recommend them. It's amazing how beautiful our new roof make our home look. We love it!

We had some shingles fly off the roof thanks to one of many strong wind events in WNY. Several of my neighbors had used Fiddler for new roofs and they were pleased so they came recommended for a "small" repair.
