We purchased their Floors for Life product. We were given the sales pitch of how they warranty if for LIFE! Their flooring is horrible. Looks like it has been installed for 20-30 years when it has only been… down for 3 weeks. I had a representative come out to my home and look at the floors. They do not honor their warranty and I now have floors that are dull and show every footprint! DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The Rigid Core product was junk. This company sent an unqualified sales person to inspect a brand new box of flooring. He could not get it to click together. He states we must have dropped the box and damaged the flooring. We complained for two months about the locking mechanism being very brittle like it had to stored in a hot warehouse or ship from china! . I am a flooring dealer in Florida for 40 years. By far the worst product and the absolute worst customer service. Charged us twice as much for the trims that anyone can order from Versatrim.

So incredibly happy with this purchase! The floors were even more gorgeous than the samples we received. Lots of character and color verigation. Well- made flooring that stands up to heavy use and a busy household. We cannot recommend this product more highly! Just gorgeous!

I think beasley makes beautiful flooring. My concern is how they treat their manufacture workers. They pay $8.25 an hr. And making a lot of money. But not keeping up with the other manufacturers around them as far as labor. They are clearly committing wage theft. This will be investigated.

Poor quality product. Product was nowhere close to what we were told. We bought based on what we saw in the showroom but only 3 boxes out 15 were useable, and only 1/2 of the.boards in those boxes were useable for a bedroom floor. Bad machine marks in nearly every piece of wood. Will never buy from them again.
