When we moved into our house 5 years ago we needed every surface of the inside painted. We got several quotes and went with LKS and were very happy. 5 years later, we needed the exterior painting and called LKS to get a quote but thought we would do our due diligence and get other quotes as well. We still liked LKS the best. Communication was great - he told us when he would be able to start and when he thought there might be a delay, he let us know in advance. He ended up being able to start when he originally told us and he also finished when he said he would. The interior and exterior both were

Luke was a true professional from the first consultation to the end of the project. He was always on time and great at communicating.
The estimate pricing was simple, quick and detailed so we knew exactly what we were getting.
He was very accommodating about bringing several samples for me to choose from.
We were getting my home ready to be put on the market so he also handled a few of the minor items on the fix it list as well.
The finished project was exceptional!!
You could tell that the entire crew took pride in their work. They cared about details and gave us a beautiful market ready
