I've seen an occasional ant or spider, do I really need to have a pest exterminator visit? If you see just one, you can be sure there are more, just out of sight. Seeing an occasional pest or rodent is a sign of a problem that can potentially turn into something more if an exterminator doesn't make an inspection.
We service lawns in five cycles a year. On the first and last cycle we will treat existing weeds and treat to prevent further weeds from coming up. On the middle three cycles we will do our regular weed treatment and put down fertilizer. Cycles are spaced about two months apart so that we can ensure that what we are doing works best for your lawn.

I have been using them for about 7 yrs now. They have always done a good job for me. But this morning they reminded me of why I stay with them, I can get weed and pest control from any other company. My dog got out of my front door and the men doing my yard helped me stop him. They have always been so friendly and trustworthy. The same person shows up to do my pest control every time. The same man comes to do my weed control every time. I don't have to worry about different people coming as I'm not one to easily trust. They are trustworthy, reliable and friendly every time.

Zero stars seems more appropriate.
Most people know bugs cannot be eradicated from a residence in one visit. I certainly do.
But when the amount of bugs within a home GROW after a few treatments and all you get from the *ahem* technician is lip service and excuses why the service is not working, well, that tells me the organization has lost it's goal at what it is supposed to be about and instead , is only chasing profits.
I don't need an owner response to this post. It wouldn't matter. I'm moving on.

Reliable termite makes you feel very valuable to them whether you are an individual or a business, from the minute you call in to place your appointment to the moment that their people come out. They have guys who are dedicated familiar faces which helps to make the process of each appointment with them go very smooth. I would recommend to builders and to the everyday home owner. I am extremely exasperated with this company. We contracted with the company for a full treatment but due to rain (admitted out their control) the treatment had to be divided into two appointments. We had an electrical delay on the second appointment and when I called for an explanation, I was met with an extremely rude woman on the phone. I ended the call by asking to have a technician call. He called and completely explained the situation. I said thank you and asked to pass a message to the owner (Robert) that I wanted to speak to him about the woman. I have cancelled my account due to extremely poor service I recently received from a representative of this company. After being questioned on the quality of his work, this technician became extremely irritated and angry toward an elderly woman (holding a toddler). The technician took an aggresive stance while yelling at the woman. This was disruptive enough to cause a neighbor from several houses down to investigate the situation. The neighbor felt the need to remain at my residence until the technician left the premises to ensure the safety of the woman. Even though the services were adequate
