I was extremely please with Brian McKenna and his men. They did excellent work. Efficient, high-quality, personable, honest, trustworthy, these are just a few words to describe their work. His workmen take their work personally. They treated my house and my home with respect and I completely trusted them in my space. I've had many floors redone over the years, McKenna was the best!

Restoring hardwood floors is a big project and investment. I reached out to Brian as one of the most well known companies in York for this work. He listened well, responded thoroughly, and even after knowing the timing wouldn't work out for us to have him refinish our floors, he was still so generous with his time and knowledge to answer my many questions. Very personable and kind. While I can't speak for the quality of his work first hand, I wouldn't doubt hiring him with his numerous years of experience paired with his deep passion for his craft. I'm thankful for his help.

My husband and I purchased a home. We wanted to take up the carpets before we moved in. The floors looked perfect on the edges so we thought we would get lucky and not have to have them refinished. about 2 weeks before move in, we got all the carpet up and found a massive amount of pet stains in the middle of the rooms. And we had a deadline to have it done before we moved in because we have pets! McKenna's responded to me right away and was able to rearrange the schedule in order to finish our floor on time. I’m very disappointed with this business! The floors came out ok but the mess that was made is not acceptable. I’ve been contacting the owner since they Finnish my floor to come back and paint over my baseboards that they put stain all over on white baseboards where it is very noticeable. Til this day he has been ignoring my phone calls and has yet to come back and fix it. Needless to say I had to pay $96 because he Brian) broke my garage door trying to go out a locked door which didn’t open. I sent him the bill for that and of course I had to pay it because he sure didn’t . I think this

Brian did an exceptional job restoring our maple hardwood floors in our home. It’s hard to come across businesses with integrity, quality of work, and great customer service. McKenna's has all 3. Brian also added a tile accent piece to breakup the different flooring in our home. Can’t say enough good things about this company! Top notch!

Terrible-drove back to our house TWICE wanting more money! Should not be in business, did NOT adhere to written contract! Big drip of stain right in the middle of the floor they refused to fix! Disgusting lazy foul-mouthed person promised 4 day job and took 9 work days, since he only shows up at noon and works 1 or 2 hours max per day! The only good news is he hired a subcontractor from another flooring company to do the actual sanding and work for him, but then wanted twice as much money. Very unprofessional!
