I worked with Bruce on the Quote and Patrick performed the installation. I have seen their ads in the reach magazine and could not believe the prices. The prices in the reach add are correct and I got two other bids that were way higher that Bruce quoted me. They also offered 18 months same as cash and a 10 year parts and labor warranty. No other company offered all that. They gave me the best price and the best service and also completed the warranty registration while still at my house. I can't say enough wonderful things about Bruce and Patrick. You can believe the price in the Reach ad.

My HVAC unit needed replaced before I put my house up for sale. I knew a little bit about HVAC, but still did my research and talked to multiple companies. I ended up hearing about Precision-Air and called them too. Bruce, the owner, of the company offered to stop by the next day. He was extremely genuine about everything. He never tried to up-sell (or what I’d like to call… “scam” me). He gave me the facts and his professional opinion. He also gave a very fair price and explained the pricing. I immediately agreed to sign a contractual agreement with him to replace my AC

I called them when my air was not cooling, Patrick told me he would be out the next day of Friday between 4 -5 pm. He did not show nor did he call. I called back and left a message just asking for them to please call and let me know if they were coming or not. We'll after a week , I called someone else and I was so pleased for their service. Bruce & his team are second to none. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are also very compassionate and caring. Recently, my “almost out of warranty” heat pump quit. On a limited time frame so needed maintenance check for a/c. After calling another company that could not fit me in for 2 more weeks I called Precision. Not only did they get me in same day due to cancellation, their price for maintenance on AC and heat was much better than competition..Great guys and will definitely work with them again! Thank you!

Just can’t thank Bruce enough for diagnosing my fathers air conditioner with 30 minutes. We tried a few other businesses but unfortunately Monday was the earliest they were available. There’s something to be said about a business that’s answers their phone, expresses interest in solving the issue and actually following up the same day within the hour to provide a service! I read the reviews, seen the company was rated 3.9 but don’t let that deter you from calling Precision Air.

We have used Precision for over 15 years and Bruce is wonderful. We have had every scenario possible. Even our heater going out in February with snow outside at 10 degrees and a newborn and he was right on it! We had to replace our 20+ year old unit and he was right on it. If he can help walk you through and fix an issue so you save $ and a service call he will because he sincerly cares! We have NEVER had a bad experience. We live in Cincinnati and he is always there when we need him.

We have been customers of Bruce for over 15 years now. He has replaced our furnace and now 2 air conditioning units. Our furnace completely went out in the dead of winter, with several inches of snow on the ground, we had a new born and I called everyone looking for the best price and who could AND would come out to fix it. Not only was Bruce the most reasonable, he cared about our situation, where most of the other companies couldn't/wouldn't even see us for days!
Naturally our air compressor would break when it's in the 90's! Yes, he saved the day and quick and efficiently

Customer Service is extremely important to me no matter what the business is. I've worked in customer service for years and know what is expected. I'm updating my review because unfortunately, the customer service I received was disappointing... I called to schedule an appointment with Bruce; person I some with was very robotic. I was told someone would call back to set up an appointment and I never got a phone call. We were leaving for vacation or I would have tried again, but I shouldn't have to... Called someone else and had a much better experience.

Rang at 8.30am. Secretary is efficient but that is about it. Was told she would let a technician know. Rang again at 10.30am as I hadn't heard anything. She informed me she had told a tech and that she would make sure he called to let me know when he could come. 3.30pm the phone rings and I am busy and the guy tells my wife that he can't come today, can't come tomorrow and well, actually he can't help at all. Why on earth did he not just ring as soon as the secretary informed him of our request? Failing that just tell the secretary to call me, she certainly seems more on the ball.
