Pretty horrible. Tech never remembered to call so I could leave lanai unlocked so they could spray and knock down spiders so we ended up doing it. And my yard. Looked terrible. At the end of my contract they decided to test my lawn. Told me it wasn't absorbing what was put down all year. How convenient. So they treated it and guess what? Burnt. I switched companies and 3 months later my yard looks amazing. This used to be a great family owned company but it's not anymore. Dont waste your time and money.

Keith always looks out for my lawn and provides me with status updates on any problems he sees. He knows what he is doing and always goes the extra mile to make sure my lawn looks great and that I am satisfied. I depend on him to take the necessary steps to treat the lawn as necessary. Plus he is always friendly and a good communicator. I couldn't be happier!

Always a pleasure to see Keith. We had a constructive conversation about the state of the yard and shrubs, current temperature and growing conditions. We adjusted the settings on the sprinkler system to accommodate some changes. Keith always takes his time and is extremely through in his work and my yard and shrubs show his dedication. Prior to Keith working on my yard ,it was a disaster. Now it is beautiful. Thank you Keith and Thank you Strategic.

We have been using Strategic Pest for 10 plus years.. Brandon is amazing! He took the time to explain things to me and went above and beyond! I highly recommend them! Always on time and never ?’s any issues I have with them coming back out to respray if needed! I would never use another pest control company!

Strategic Pest Control and Will Rockne are outstanding. The service is fantastic and the bugs disappeared immediately the initial treatment. After 5 years of service I have added their lawn service too and now my lawn is the most beautiful in the entire neighborhood as it is properly fed and treated with the right insecticides! Evidently they have a licence to kill bugs and they are not afraid to use it because my home and lawn look better than they ever have!

If you are looking for a honest locally owned company for your pest control than these are the guys you want to go with. I had one of the bigger companies before and I noticed a huge difference not just in not having any insects or bugs in and around my home but the quality of service that I receive. Will is amazing and goes above and beyond taking care of my home as if it was his own. That is a rare quality to see. Highly recommend
