We are a traditional operation that has used its long-term experience to the benefit of our customers. We have built warm, comfortable, weatherized homes for many customers thanks to the work of our roofing specialists and carpenters. Our company consists exclusively of qualified roofers and carpenters.

Every November and December Casanova Remodeling holds a local food drive at the IGA in Plymouth, CT. This year will be our ninth and tenth food drive. We have donated over 10,000 pounds of food since we started doing the drives. In addition, we have also donated a roof to SPCA for dog rescue and 8 roofs to people that cannot afford them around the town of Plymouth.

Hired to remove old gutters and replace all gutters with gutter guards. They pushed the instal many times. Finally sent one person to remove old and install new gutters. Took 2 days. Left an awful mess of gutter parts and nails all over my yard and driveway. They didn’t give him the correct amount of gutters to be installed. He did not replace one gutter just put a cap on it and didn’t say a word to us about it. We noticed that it wasn’t replaced and called them. The did take a few dollars off but I am wondering if we hadn’t noticed if they would have charged us full price. Am having an

Great experience all around. We had new gutters placed and a small area of gutters repaired and cleaned. John Spinola was excellent. He came out within a few days of our call to go over the options and discuss quotes. He was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He gave us multiple quotes for the varying options at our request. Very reasonable pricing. We decided to go with new gutters in back as well about a week later and reached out to John. When I bought my house I had a problem with my gutter top. I asked my realtor if the previous owner has done any work to fix this issue. He did not. I was trying to find a local place reasonable price to get the job done. This is when i found and talk to John. He gave me a good deal that I couldn’t refuse. I am in love with the work that they done in a timely matter. I have got comments from several neighbors axing where have I got that work done and have referred many people since. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Update: I've changed my review from one star to three stars. The owner has contacted me and the company is doing their best to rectify the situation and so far I am satisfied and impressed with their response. I also contacted my sales person to let him know what happened and, true to my initial impression of his excellence he is also now invested in correcting the situation. I will continue to update this review as things progress. For now I recommend that if you use this company and Tim is your contact, consider requesting a different contact.
