They did a roof repair for me. I called them after another roof repairman told me I had a lot of damage after a windstorm and that they could get me a free roof from my insurance company. I was suspicious of this guy so called JM for a second opinion. They crawled on the roof, took pictures, and told me that only a couple tiles were missing. I loved their honesty. I have used them since then and am very happy with everything from the quality of the work to their dependability to their professionalism. Happy to recommend them.

JM Building re-roofed our home. It was a great experience to work with Justino and his group of excellent workers. Everyone was polite and courteous and the work was excellent. Any questions or concerns we had, Justino worked with us to answer them and ensure clarity around anything that was needed. This wasn't typical re-roofing job as we live in a historically old home that required a lot of detailed attention.
Additionally, Justino orchestrated any additional work we needed to complete the project our home. Everything was timely and willing to work with our schedules and the unaccommodating

I had to replace the roof of my house inorder to make a complete sale. Justino and his crew went above and beyond to make sure roof was completely done before my closing. As it turns out my new place was also needing a roof repair and being at end of season time became an issue , but Jm Building solutions not only worked me in to there schedule but tirelessly worked through a rainstorm to make sure I had no leaking or problems. Justino and his team expertly put together an estimate, along with pictures, that was superior to other roofing contractors because it was well organized and highly detailed. He was competent and confident which reassured me as he built a team of tradesmen to handle gutter and siding issues as well. I worked with JM to replace my roof on an insurance claim after wind and tree damage. They were very professional, coordinated everything with the insurance company, and streamlined the whole process for me. They had updates for me every step of the way and the had the old roof off and replaced in no time at all and even repaired underlying damage they found! I definitely recommend JM Building Solutions to anyone looking to have any roof work done, my new roof is beautiful.

JM Building Solutions did an outstanding job of reroofing our home. Rarely have i used a construction contractor that has been so good at what they do. In fact, they have gone way beyond expectations. From Justino who runs the business to his staff and workers, they have all been so good to work with and so skilled in many areas.

If you need a new roof, Justino is your guy! His team started the day right on time and worked hard and efficient all throughout the day. They were able to complete the project in one full day plus a couple hours the next morning. I was so impressed with how fast they were able to finish, I thought it was going to take easily 3 days. It just so happened to be really windy that day too and they went around the house several times throughout the day and cleaned up ALL the debris that had been blowing everywhere. I was very grateful for that!
