We had Mountain States Moving and Storage recently move us from Utah to Arizona. From the first contact on the phone to the minute the moving van pulled away from our new house, the experience we had was stellar. The team to pack, load and unload were so careful, efficient, hardworking and so pleasant to deal with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Sarah was always extremely helpful to answer any questions and Don and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything.

We have used professional movers several times throughout my husband's job career. I hesitate to call this company professional due the sheer negligence on their part with our move. This was a US/Canada move and we were told they would have no trouble handling it. They lied! The professional packers threw everything into boxes including framed paintings, art frames and artwork, which ruined several pieces. They mislabeled so many boxes, it was a surprise every time we opened them as to what they held. They mixed room contents with other rooms which they were told not to do. Even items that were

The Mountain States Moving and Storage crew that moved my apartment was fantastic. They were very professional, efficient, and friendly. They also moved and delivered a couch that I was giving away to a friend, which was incredible! My experience was amazing and they made a typically stressful process so easy and enjoyable. AMAZING! Jake, Dave, Nate, Gary, and Cruz were fantastic. Setting up a quote and home visit was easy. They called to confirm my appointment and made sure I had contact information if I had any questions. When the crew arrived to pack and move my apartment they were polite and each of them introduced themselves. I was very comfortable having them in my house. They were easy to talk to and we enjoyed many laughs during the morning. They answered all of my questions with ease.
