Malloy Construction has been building relationships with the community since 1998. Building relationships and doing quality work is our focus.
Our motto is no job is too large or too small. Keeping up with current building innovations and technology changes are important to us, therefore, we are committed to attending seminars, following building supplier road shows, attending conferences, and we are also members of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Maine. We also feel that it is important to be involved in and support our local community by donating and attending local organizations, clubs, sports teams, community events, and youth groups.

Services
Malloy Construction, Inc. has worked a great deal in commercial construction. We were part of the team that completed a new school in Fort Stewart, Georgia and we completed a 64,000 ft. Malloy Construction has worked in a private school environment at Kent's Hill School, Maine on a major restoration of the headmaster's house.
We recommend stripping an existing roof prior to placing new shingles due to the fact that it gives us a chance to evaluate the structural integrity of your roof. Placing new shingles over the existing can often lead to rot or damage, and other concerns to go undetected causing larger problems and higher costs down the road.
