Colby Gilbert came out last and did a job assessment . Installing kitchen faucet and installing new bathroom sink and faucet. He was very professional and did a great job .
Sam Brothers came out to due a check on the heating and air conditioning unit (HVAC). After assessment he found something that needed repairs and replacing. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything beforehand . I was satisfied with his work.

We recently purchased an older home that needed several faucets, toilets and a big tub repaired. The piping was old copper piping that desperately needed replaced. From the time I contacted them to the last walk through today, every staff member I interacted with was amazing. It was a big project, but from Cameron coming by, determining what needed to be repaired and giving us multiple options to Eliseo and his crew coming out and working their butt off for three days, everyone was incredible. I highly recommend B&J and look forward to working with them again whenever their services are needed

Been having problems with my hot water flow/pressure in my shower for about three weeks. We called three people prior to B&J, the first two didnt answered, and the one that did kept rescheduling day after day. Finally decided to give B&J a call and they answered immediately. Send a guy this past Monday on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He checked out our problem walked us through everything and gave us three options to choose from. Cameron arrived on time and was very professional. He was very upfront with pricing and did not pressure us into making a decision. I called around to other companies in the area and was told that it would be weeks/months before we could even get an estimate. I called B&J and they had Cameron to our house within the hour! He was also great with our dog and cats and was very down to earth. I would definitely recommend B&J to others.

B & J Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning was very reliable. They were quick to respond to my call and address my need (replace a restroom sink faucet). The company sent me a picture of the person who would be doing the job. He did an excellent job replacing the faucet. My only complaints were the quality of the new faucet that I purchased from them. The components were made of plastic. Secondly, they were very pricey for the job they did. Even with the senior rate I feel they were still over priced. BTW, they had to return two days later because the stopper malfunctioned and it

Was getting quotes to completely replace my split A/C plus water heater. Got several quotes, all around the $5500 mark, firm businesses with great reviews.
When 'Chase' came to my home, he barely looked at the unit, but instead tried to pressure me into letting him come back when hubs was home. Sales..sales..was so blatantly obviously all about the selling, which made me very uneasy about how they would perform after the sale.
Needless to say, my husband, who has been in the construction field most of his life was uninterested- and busy - people have lives - and just wanted the quote
