We service Illinois. Our work is in compliance with manufacture standards. We are certified installers for Malarkey brand shingles. You will be able to have peace of mind knowing the manufacture will stand behind our work and compensate you accordingly if any issues happen to arise. On top of the manufactures warranty we have a 3 year craftsmanship warranty on all of our work.

I highly recommend JS & Sons Construction. I can't say enough good things about Joe, Lauren, and the Crew. It was a big job with some unforeseen obstacles. JS & Sons didn't let that stand in their way of doing AMAZING work on my siding, stonework, roofing, windows, and doors. I couldn't be any happier with the job they did. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

We called JS & Sons to remodel the inside of our older home. The inside was separated and boxy with a drop ceiling. They came in and tore it down to the studs, opened up doorways and raised the ceilings. The change was absolutely amazing! I still cannot believe it is the same house! JS&Sons did a fabulous job. Everyone working for them are very professional. The job was done in a very quick time. They showed up on time and exceded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any job! Anyone who has them do work of any kind will be highly satisfied. I am in love with my house and the job they did

We purchased a small, older cabin to use as a seasonal vacation home. It was in pretty bad condition. JS & Sons came in and replaced flooring, drywall and the ceiling! The foundation was leaking and they fixed it also. I gave them a short window of time and they not only came in by that deadline they finished early. I can't recommend Joe and his crew more!
