Warranty never worked!! They provide the warranty that they never going to take care. Our shower booth door was broken so I called them. They keep saying to call some other part of their company or email them. I tried to contact them 8 times. The result is I still didn't get answer back!!! They said the company was sold so there are so many A/S request. Even though it is now belong to other company, or there is so many request to fix, the current owner company have to take responsibilities to current customers who already paid $7000 to the company!!!

We had our bath tub and shower installed by Bath Planet about 3 years ago which we paid $7,500 for the installation. The shower door recently broke and we have tried to get it fixed over a month now. I called Bath Planet (Reliant capitol) five times during last month and they always told me that they will get back to me. I never got a call back and we could not use our shower for over a month now since we do not want the door to fall off. This is such a disappointing and horrible customer service. The quality of their product was sub par and the customer service is just horrible.

I have to say, when I first saw them at the Del Mar fair, it seemed like one of those things that were too good to be true. I gave them my number and then forgot about it. Soon they called and tried to set up an appointment to come out and give me a bid. I have to say, this company has he patience of Job. I asked them to call back and had trouble connecting but they never gave up and I can't say how happy I am that they didn't. My bathroom turned out amazing. They said it would take two days, and to be honest, I thought it was one of those contractor promises where they promise one thing

We received our quote from Trintan who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He demo'd the products, thoroughly explained the guarantee program and our options. We would like to thank your sales rep, Roberto and Aaron for a job well done. The sales rep walked me through the options offered with some advice. Roberto was great on the installation especially with feedback regarding placement of shower heads, grab bars etc. They did a great job cleaning up also.

We had put off doing our bathroom remodel for a long time. If we had known how easy Bath Planet would make the experience for us, we would have done it sooner. The initial consultation with Trintan answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He was a pleasure to work with.

So I had a 1958 bath in the master bathroom with fixtures that leaked and a tub that was a nightmare to clean. While the quote from Bath Planet was higher than I would have preferred (though when is that not true?), I think their professionalism, consideration, and the actual product made it totally worth it.
The office staff touched based enough that I always knew what step we were at in the process. The owner reached out to me when she heard that I was kind of freaked out by the amount of money I was committing, which really settled my nerves.

My sister had her bathtub replaced with a stand in shower. They fabricated the walls and she got to pick the color and style, It came out great and only took two days to install. Gino gave her the step by step of what he was doing for the day and went over the do's and don'ts with the new shower. Then they made sure to clean up after the install. Give them a call and they'll do a site visit and go over your options.

My 40 + year old fiberglass shower was removed and replaced in two days. Alex and AJ worked together to insure my house was left in good condition, they worked diligently and were both respectful and friendly. Just had 2 small bathrooms partially renovated by Bath Planet, which I understand is a nation-wide franchise in this case operated by Pt. Loma Electric. It was a lengthy job complicated by 40 year old tubs that had to be broken up to remove them & 4 layers of old wallpaper on the walls. Bath Planet then installed a walk-in shower in each bathroom with beautiful S-shaped glass doors. So elegant! When I wanted special higher end fixtures, they helped me find them. They did the demo work removing the old vanities & countertops, taking down mirrors
