We had just put our house on the market and I walked out into the garage to find a good size puddle of water and also in the AC closet. Of course I called sunshine air conditioning because we are members of the comfort club. Even though it was right at 4 o'clock, Quitting time, Todd came over and it only took him 15 minutes to unfreeze and unclog our line. He was so accommodating because he didn't have to come after he clocked out. I also asked him a question unrelated to the AC and he graciously addressed the issue with his opinion. My air-conditioning unit kept going off and the temperature kept going up. I called and talked to a young lady named Abby, who troubleshot my problem over the phone told me what I needed to do for to fix it. She save me from an expensive service call. I think Abby deserves a huge raise for customer service skills thank you. P. S. Any future problems I have you will be my first call.

We prchs'd our house 20 months ago. The previous owner had just updated the AC unit through this company a year before unexpectedly passing. After taking possession and moving in, we sat down and went through the massive paperwork the widow left behind. My husband called Sunshine to verify the AC warranty we came across and to find out how to go about transferring it over to us, the new owners. The woman who answered the phone at Sunshine told my husband that the warranty was non transferable unless we could track down the widow and get her to give us a letter transferring the warranty over

Poor service and communication skills. We scheduled a diagnostic evaluation , technician arrived but decided not to inspect the AC unit. He based his diagnosis on the company notes about a previous evaluation in 2016 ( different owner) that from their standpoint were never fix . Can you believe that!! I Insisted but no assessment was done, the technician had a poor attitude . Later on customer service called me with an estimate of

We have been with sunshine air since 2005. The last 3 we did not renew our.comfort club membership due to rising prices. Our AC broke this week so of course they were the 1st ones I called. I was informed that since I was no longer a comfort club member ( maintenance package) that they would not be able to help us for 7 to 10 days. We live in Florida and it is September where the temperatures are still in the mid 90s. Needless to say we could not wait that long so they are not currently, as I right this, installing our new AC system that we needed. Most of us in this neighborhood stuck with

Called them to setup a service call. We just bought this house and not used this company before. Got number off of sticker on AC unit. When we called we got Vickie in Service. She informed me that do to high call volume and us not having a service contract that it would be 2 weeks or more. I will never ever use this company. There are to many other companies wanting business.
Our AC is close to need to be replaced just based on years old, so they lost a new sale as well.

Moved into this house only a short time ago and noticed Sunshine had initially installed the a/c unit. Unit has been working great until waking up early this AM. Dead, no cooling. I called Sunshine air conditioning explained my issue and they said they can have a technician out to diagnose the problem 10-12 today. Great !
Their technician, Arthur arrived 10am and went to work after I explained what had happened. He immediately diagnosed it as the capacitor in the condensing unit outside. He explained that if I had the contract with them the $84 service charge would be waved. I signed up ! With

Hal from Sunshine Air Conditioning came to inspect and clean the ventilation system in a house I was renting, that hadn't been maintained for several years. From the moment of his arrival, he was unfriendly, and his attitude only worsened as he got to work.
I pointed out mold growing on the refrigerant and drain lines, as well as the fiberglass lining a plywood compartment that fed directly into the air handler. The brown lines of water stains were clearly visible on the bottom. There was a strong smell of ammonia coming from there as well, and a musty odor came from the air vents whenever

I don't post a lot of 5 star reviews on Yelp, but this company earned it.
Living in FL with a broken AC is not the most ideal situation, especially when it's been in the 90s.
I called Sunshine air conditioning this morning with my issue and they stated they can have a technician out to diagnose the problem today.
Their technician, Shedrian, arrived on time and went directly to work after a brief interview about the issue. It took about 30 mins to diagnose and replace the capacitor before we began to feel the cooler air.
At the completion of the job Shedrian knocked on my door
