We would like to take the time to introduce you to our family! John Loubier the owner and his wife Linda opened the store back in March of 2008. They have a daughter Kyrie and son Corbin. John and his daughter were the first employees of Kaleidoscope Floors as Linda was working in the commercial lighting industry and Corbin was still in school.
Linda now works at the store as well as Corbin, who has since gotten married to his wife Paige. The family enjoys going to the lake and spending time together outside of work. Kyrie has two children Larkin and Layla who John and Linda love to spend time with as well.

John was in the flooring industry back in the 80's for about 10 years and then went into the Steel Industry for 10 years. After he left the Steel Industry, he decided to go back into flooring where he was a manufacturer representative for another 10 years before he decided to open his own flooring store.

Carpet is quiet to walk on, durable, and overall a great value. We offer carpet in many colors and surfaces. If you aren't ready to commit to wall-to-wall carpet, we have rugs for extra color or softness. Nylon 6,6 is so durable, it is trusted for use in airbags, parachutes, auto parts and many other applications, and is stronger than other carpet fibers!

From helping me to choose a vinyl to match the carpet, to measuring, planning and installation - everything was best you could ask for. Customer service is their priority and it shows. Corbin was great to work with and the installers were phenomenal!! They were doing our lake house which is small to begin with but made it work perfectly. 100% happy with everything!!

We had an exceptional experience. I can't express enough how much I appreciated Damon Roe's patience. We have an older home, which means the area we were trying to tile/carpet is not your typical shape nor size. He helped me narrow down their vast amount of choices to something that fit our home and budget. Damon's customer service is top notch! We highly recommend you ask for him by name as well as the installers, Chip and Dominic. They too were excellent to work with. Their superb craftsmanship was noticed by our Easter guests. When my wife and moved to Ft Wayne last year (just getting around to this review now!) we purchased a house where we needed to replace 95% of the flooring. We went to multiple places in town and also looked online.
While there were some decent places, Corbyn at Kaleidoscope was the only one who really went the extra mile to find us flooring we loved that was also in our price range (not an easy task with how much area we were doing).

So...it's been three months since I had my new flooring installed by Kaleidoscope Flooring. My background of being a finish carpenter and project manager for a commercial general contractor this was the first home project that I did not do myself. My wife told me that she felt sorry for the installation crew because of my standards. I have to thank Damon for helping us select the flooring that worked excellent in our home. I told the sales guy, Damon, from the get-go that I only needed carpet for one 12 x 13 room and that I was hoping to find a remnant for under $500. He didn't have a suitable remnant, but he showed me some samples that were $3.09/sq.ft., and he said that that included measuring, installation, and removal of the old carpet and pad. (No mention of having to spend X amount in order to get the free installation.) So that would have been under $500. I took some sample boards, made my choice, placed my order. A guy came out to measure, and a few days later, Damon calls and says the total is around $660

Great and friendly staff!! We got our vinyl kitchen floor and living room carpet installed over 4 years ago and they are holding up great! I am SO grateful we went to Kaleidoscope for our carpet. The quality is far better than regular home store carpet. Whenever we have our carpets cleaned, the company we use always comments on how well our carpet looks and holds up from year to year and we have 3 kids a dog and high traffic areas!

Bought carpet and flooring for 2 homes... 1 we're moving into, 1 we're moving from & selling. Owners of the store & their other employees are all very helpful... They've helped & been flexible from the time we first came in the store, because we were also working around some new windows and doors to be put down, kitchen cabinets, ect... Delays happened unfortunately. Got the house completed for now, we're moving into, and the carpet looks great, as well as vinyl plank wood looking floors we had installed too. Very pleased we chose them to do the work for us. I feel confident they would try to give
