Patrick and Chase from The Neighborhood Plumber were fantastic! I had a pipe leaking somewhere in my front yard and they replaced it quickly and professionally. Both Patrick and Chase were extremely knowledgeable and courteous when it came to my property and they got the job done efficiently and effectively. This company always responds quickly, has available appointments quickly, offers a great price for their work, and guarantees their work for a year. My parents and I both use this company for any plumbing needs from water heater installation to help with installing new sinks in the bathrooms. First, I'm impressed with Kaitlyn and her great service with answering my questions and then scheduling within 2 days. I called on Friday evening and they were able to schedule me for SUNDAY, no extra charge!

I was very surprised after reading other reviews but this company is completely unprofessional. I hired this company to simply repair a leaking outdoor faucet. This was a 3 months journey to get a task done (that they couldn't complete) where they ordered multiple wrong replacement, they lost my original faucet and ended up with an unusable outdoor faucet that we cannot shut down at all. On top of one the owners of the company came with a horrible attitude to our house arguing because the employee didn't want to charge me for all the inconveniences and that he didn't authorize any of this.... The team sent were on time and very friendly. When entering the house they had shoe covers on, nice touch. Russell was a good listener and understood what needed to be done. They went about the diagnosis and made me aware of the repair needs and the cost before starting any work. The price was fair and of good value. When finished they walked through everything done, pressure tested my water pressure and gave me a couple of good tips for future work.

I had a busted pipe and they were supposed to come on sat. I got a call from Chad stating due to an emergency, they wouldn't be able to come until sun. He was very apologetic and graciously made up for it. Chad and Nate came on time and did a wonderful job for very affordable price. Thank you so much. I've hired Ben and his team to install a tankless water heater as well as address some difficult under-the-house plumbing issues. The work has been great so far--no complaints at all. Ben & his team came out to my house to fix a leaky shower & low water pressure on my refrigerator. It didn't leak, but if it did, Ben would have found the leak and fixed it. He went above and beyond to actually fix the appliance itself! I have used other plumbers before, but he was the best plumber that fixed my water pressure issue I've ever had. The plumbing in my house is working as it should and I am very happy. Excellent plumber!!

Was told someone would be out between 11-1pm for an estimate and that id get a notification when someone was on the way. At 12:45 I was getting worried and called to find out they would be at my house at 1:30 and the person I spoke to seemed surprised that I hadn't been told an ETA.
Around 1:40 2 men showed up and my husband went out to tell them we needed some pipes replaced under the house due to leaking and that our bathtub is stopped up. One guy literally poked his head under the corner of the house - he did not go under the house to look around. Neither man felt the need to come inside

Great experience with this company. We had a kitchen sink emergency on a Saturday, which would make anyone automatically assume the bank account was getting drained. Evan and Chase came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, rectified it and helped do some proactive cleaning to help prevent future kitchen drain blockage or draining issues. They were prompt, tentative, knowledgeable, and definitely affordable. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs

My kitchen faucet stopped working. Called ben and he helped troubleshoot the problem. i had running water back in minutes. I've had these guys out when plumbing was backing up. I called Ben with Neighborhood Plumber to discuss our slow draining issues. I read the company's reviews on Google and they were all fantastic. Ben, on the phone, was super knowledgeable, professional and more helpful then any other contractor I have ever spoken to! He offered tons of great advice, did not push a sale and was transparent and honest. We will have him come out this week to do some work and I will update my review. I actually feel eager to have him check out our plumbing and not terrified of the integrity of the company or expense. The price he quoted was extremely fair.

I felt like Ben pretty much dropped everything to replace my water heater. I got a call from a tenant last night that my water was broken and found Ben in a Facebook group. I talked to several plumbers and some with big companies and most wouldn't give me any idea of a price over the phone or gave me an extremely high price that didn't make sense to me. Ben took the time to go over what's going on at the house, had me send a few pics, and head straight over to my house a few hours later and charged me exactly what he said he would. I'm going to start using him on my properties
