I wish I could gIve no stars. I reserved a uhaul truck for pickup after hours pickup. I was held up with the uhaul costumer service operator getting the codes for all of the key boxes. No keys in any of the boxes!! I had movers waiting for me. So I was late because they didn't put the keys in the box. That ended up costing me extra and wasted time with the movers. I was really upset. I wouldn't recommend them. For anything.

Poor workmanship and defective materials. No refund for a botched job. The owner told me to just live with it. Had to hire another company to fix their mess. They hired an attorney to fight for payment on an incomplete botched job.

Denise did a great job. She was very experienced and had a excellent sense of design. She also had exceptional product knowledge. I don't think I would have saved any money by going to a big box retailer and got personalized customer service. Denise was as good as a general contractor and the subcontractors she referred me to were

They are the least customer oriented company around. I paid a deposit for tiles, counters, cabinets etc but I refused to sign their contract which states no cancellations, no refunds, and no recourse to legal action. they agreed to continue under that condition that our dealings were unconditional. later, thru numerous delays by them and their spec house developer jt construction and design, I cancelled and wanted my deposit back. they argued until they were blue in the face that they were right and I was wrong. they refused to give me my deposit back, so basically they thought unjust enrichment

I cannot believe this place stays in business. I first met them at the home show in early spring. I just purchased a house that needed a lot of updates. They seemed to offer everything I needed. I called 2 times after the show and never heard back. I stopped in there recently because I was interested in having some tile work done and thought I would give them another chance. I met the owner Dave and mentioned twice that I was disappointed tno one ever called me back in the Spring. He had no comment. That should have been my first clue. One would think he would at least apologize. I took
