Design Build: Simplifying our Customer's Experience. Starting a remodel can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't need to. While it can be exciting to find a designer to pair with a construction company you love, many people would prefer to work with one team that can handle the whole process. Aaron Gordon saw a need for a one-stop shop that does just this and created 415 Remodeling, Inc.
A successful remodel, no matter the size, requires more than craftsmanship. It takes thoughtful planning, experienced management, and an open dialogue with every client from start to finish. We've built projects of all shapes and sizes. As you look through our gallery, the quality we bring can be gleaned from each photograph: each tile, each fixture, and each finish demonstrates our commitment to details.
Remodel in the Clarendon Heights neighborhood. For this project we remodeled the kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and renovated a closet to an enclosed temperature controlled wine cellar. The new layout of the kitchen maximized seating and created a stunning view of the city from the sink on the new peninsula.
Kitchen reface project in Cole Valley, clients wanted a kitchen refresh to a timeless neutral aesthetic. The original cabinetry was in great shape so we refinished the cabinets with a fresh coat of paint, replaced the drawer glides and hinges with soft close, fabricated and hung new cabinets, and added more dimension and detail to the existing island.

415 Remodeling did 2 projects for us! One, building out a beautiful master bathroom & closet. Two, expanding our guest bathroom to include a bathtub/shower.
Pros: Extremely communicative - Bill/Hayley/Durhan most often got back to us either immediately, or within a day or two of reaching out (depending on the situation). Design process - From checking out the space, proposing options, giving us schematics to choose from and reference, picking tiles/fixtures/paint colors etc. that followed from our design ethics to, ultimately, a gorgeous outcome, we were so glad that we had experts helping

415 Remodeling repaired dry rot in our back stairs. What we liked about working with them was:
1. They were honest about how busy they were and how long it might take to schedule our 2-week project
2. Their carpenters were easy to communicate with, highly skilled and used the best materials: the lumber they used was in the top 10%, clear and tight grained, they installed flashing to prevent penetration of water into a wall, and they primed all the wood pieces before installing them
3. They got the job done before the fall rains started so that we could paint and seal in time

I have mixed feelings on my experience with 415 Remodeling. TL:DR - The end result is very high quality. Their employed contractors (Senad and Mujo) are skilled, friendly, keep the worksite clean, and communicate well. The management team (Bill) and project manager (Brandon) were hard to get a hold of, and were not good at updating us regarding the project schedule and costs.
We had a nightmarish issue with a leak. We had tried to address it using a variety of other contractors and solutions, spending tens of thousands of dollars, and being left with a leak. We received bids from about 10

We had a really good experience with 415 remodeling on a recent new bathroom addition in our 100 year old plus Victorian condo in the Mission. Their attention to detail was terrific-they were very professional and we enjoyed working with them. Some of the other condo owners in our building were concerned about possible construction noise, dust and other inconveniences. 415 addressed each concern and left the jobsite in good shape every evening before they left. Haley Alexander, one of the designers at Aaron Gordon/415 kept us informed ahead of every design decision and was a pleasure to work with

I have had the immense pleasure of working with 415 Remodeling both indirectly and directly. I was first introduced to this company when the co-owners of my building had their kitchen remodeled. Both of our kitchens were in dire need of an upgrade but my co-owner's time frame was a bit ahead of mine. When construction began upstairs, I was amazed by the respectfulness and professionalism of this company's employees. They are very conscious of working hours and private space and if I brought up any problem, they addressed it instantly. There was one issue where a trash bin they were using

It was a long process, but communication throughout design was great, and we eventually settled on a design that provided much more functionality but resulted in an expanded budget. I contracted with 415 Remodeling to do an extensive remodel of my San Francisco condo in 2016. I had never undertaken anything more than a roof replacement before, so this was a huge project and I wanted to do all that I could to avoid the cliche problems with contractors...
They are very responsive, on time, and accountable. And a pleasure to communicate with. This project entailed blowing out two bathrooms, all the closets, the kitchen and more. It did take a great deal of time and required many subs.

I just finished a dry rot repair job with 415 Remodeling and it really was a 5 star experience. I completely agree with Jon A's assessment--my experience was just the same. They were professional, detail oriented, good communicators and very considerate. We worked with the same crew and I echo his sentiments. Joro was our project manager and he was knowledgeable, organized, kept me updated on changing conditions and schedules and addressed all my questions and concerns thoughtfully and thoroughly. We worked with 415 Remodeling (Aaron Gordon Construction) to repair major water damage to the siding and framing of our home. We had worked with a couple of contractors to remedy the issues and it became quickly apparent that we needed a top-tier, experienced, professional team to remove all our siding, replace our sheathing, and fix framing damage caused by water and termites. 415 Remodeling exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the result. Throughout the entire project, they were professional, patient, accommodating, and kind.

We recently completed two bathroom remodels and it was the most wonderful experience! We worked with Rebecca, who helps with overall design, and she is amazing. Remodeling a bathroom is expensive, and you want to get it right! Rebecca took the time to understand the vision, and patiently and skillfully helped us get it done. The end results is more beautiful than I ever imagined. She is the best!
Once the project started, the work progressed in a timely way and communication was excellent throughout. I work from home, so having people in the house constantly
