We had someone come out to give us a quote. They said 3-4 days to get the quote. It’s now been over three weeks. I’ve called twice and they said they would send it the first time. Second time they said they would call me back. That was a week ago and still nothing. I realize everyone right now is busy and short staffed but a simple call or email stating that would have went a long way.

Because our Search and Rescue team benefitted from Mountain Air Mechanical’s Golf tournament for a few years, I hired them to install an Air Conditioning system in our home. Their hack installers had to come back at least 8 times fixing shoddy work over the next year. The biggest problem was that they eliminated our filter assembly and left no means for us to install a filter. This went un-noticed until winter came around and I went to replace my filter, just to find that there wasn’t one. It took them months to get back here to remedy the situation. After describing our problem to the scheduling coordinator (Mary) the owner (Mark) called to ensure they understood our issues (airflow as opposed to the cooling system) to send the appropriate technicians.
The duct/airflow guys (Adam & Mark #2) were willing to come the same day on their way home. They immediately identified the problem and were able to get it fixed fully and efficiently.
Great communication, very reasonable rates and a true desire to help get the issue resolved has earned them a customer and referral source. Thanks so much

Brad and Trevor with Mountain Air Mechanical, showed up at the time they said they would be here, with custom parts in tow. They were extremely helpful with the children and even helped me out when I cut my finger pretty bad! Halfway through the job, they found that my tubing was rotted through. No big deal-they just went to the shop in Rifle 30 minutes away, picked up more supplies and were back in just about an hour! They were very professional and courteous and I know I'll be using them if anything else comes up! Highly recommend Mountain Air Mechanical for any of your heating or cooling needs

These guys were great! We are under contract to sell our home and one of the items that needed resolved was a cleaning and inspection of our hydraulic system. I believe the technicians name was Cory and he was friendly and tolerated my cranky son and overly affectionate dog. I'm sorry that we have to move away from the area because I would not hesitate to call them again.
