Gilliatte built Evolve Bloomington where i live and it’s the worst construction I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’ve been moved out of my apartment for 2 weeks now because of mold, infestation of bugs, and moisture in all of the drywall and insulation. Never hire this company they do extremely poor work and evolve Bloomington is an absolute disaster.
