I called and was told the Plumber would call me back to schedule the appt. After I didn't receive a call I called again the next day and was told maybe he was tired and didn't want to call anyone, was told he would call me for sure. NOPE never called. Guess my money or I'm not good enough for them to bother with working on my house.
DON'T WASTE your time calling them, find a different plumber. It shouldn't matter how big or small the job is, I truly don't know how they stay in business.

Good craftsmanship, They did there job well. The price was good. But they didn't clean up after themselves, left a big mess, a big mess! Our Freezer has black all over, they didn't want to speak to my Mom because she
" she wasn't the person who originally called ", which I don't know what that had to do with anything. She knew what the problems were so she could have answered their questions. Overall I was more disappointed then I was happy.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Had to come out to business twice to fix the problem and charged a late fee for not paying by end of month, when problem wasn't even fixed yet. Came out 6/24 and completed job 7/8. Called to ask about late fee and the owner was rude and yelling the minute he answered the phone. Wanted to know why I was calling him as he didn't know who I was. If he does not want to talk to customers he should not be listed as contact person on billing. WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!

They get one star for lousy communications with customer (me). You call and give information to answering service, then they transfer you to dispatcher who apparently guesses when they can do the job. What really happens is the plumber sets his own schedule and apparently no longer communicates with the office. Very, very poor way to run a business. Must be too busy with your construction project to worry about the service that pays the bills when nothing new is going on. Wish there was 1/2 star to choose from.

I had a good sized leak and contacted a home warranty. They called Coy’s. They came over promptly, found the concern. It was a main pipe and had to recontact home warranty.
They pulled all the right strings to get it done quickly.
Repairs were done well and they even cleaned up after job was completed. (It was in a basement).
Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.
