I called these guys out to inspect and fix some things I couldn't fix or fix well after I patched them after the Feb 2021 freeze. There was a leak at the main PVC pipe coming into the house, a leak under the sink of the main bathroom and the master shower only had lukewarm water. The plumber took a look at the first two issues and said he didn't see a leak, and told my tenant that the water 'just doesn't get hot sometimes, even at my house' with the back shower, even though the water in the rest of the house got extremely hot. After the plumber left, my tenant's father noted that there were still

Sent 2 guys out one did plumbing for Dow I don't know if he knew anything about home plumbing.the first time we were on a waiting list over 2 week they were to come back and finish job in husband's bathroom he was without hot water in his bathr. We found someone form AC CO.to come out & found 6 more leaks
which Brazosport plumbing didn't find.
I feel this repair on Brazosport Plumbing was a rushed job & they did not fix our problems.
I would not refer Brazosport plumbing!

Called on 2/3/2020 for an emergency. Was told they would be out on 2/4/2020. Called back at 3pm to check status. Eas informed they decided this morning they weren't going to make it today. Thanks for the heads up. I have 7 kids at the house with no hot water. We own several businesses and properties. I can guarantee you'll never get our business nor anyone who asks us who we recommend.

We called on Thursday the lady (Crystal) said we will give you a call back to let you know What Time we will be there tomorrow (Friday) by 9 we called & the lady stated we can’t get you in today!!!!! WOW what poor service! What company does customers that way! FYI she called us back Friday left a message saying she wanted to make it right please give her a call back, told my husband call her she wants to make it right and nothing happened she still couldn’t do anything till Monday, that’s not making it right!?!?!?!?

Well i called them to fix a job American Pluming didnt do right and when guy shows up hes wanting to know wat kind of gasket the prior plumer used cause hes not sure how to go about it im like wth just fix it he said he couldnt cause he didnt know how to get the leak to stop the only good thing about them is they were about to squeeze me in but the plumber i got had really not much knowledge of this so im back to square one would not use them again
