- [ ] Thanks to ATA Construction and the lousy job they did on our plumbing several years ago we once again had frozen pipes in the kitchen this past week! If anyone is planning to hire them contact me first… because I have a few things to share with you! Last winter we paid over $1,000 for frozen pipes because they did a sloppy job installing the plumbing and when we contacted them about it ,their illustrious leader told us to go drop dead. He had already gotten our money and didn’t give a darn that we had no water and eventually no heat. He had washed his hands of us. Now it is starting

ATA made building a custom house a great experience. We had fun and we were thrilled with the results. Everyone from Andre, the president, to the staff and wokers on the site were helpful in making those many decisions during the project. Honest and professional and skilled in design and materials. ATA did an outstanding job with our new home project. We met with quite a few builders during the research stage of the project and ATA was by far the best! They were always organized, super accommodating, and… very professional. Because we owned family land in a fairly rural area we struggled to come up with a set of plans that met the banks standards during the appraisal process. Just when we thought we were going to have to stall the project, ATA came through with not only a design that appraised where we needed it to but also met ALL of our needs and wants. I cannot say enough about the quality construction and personal service Andre and Janel provided to us before, during and after the construction of our home. All of our questions were patiently heard and… answered throughout the process. Ground broke in late September and we moved into our beautiful home in December- when Andre says 90 days to build he means 90 days! We had a wonderful experience working with ATA and if I were to build again they would be the very first call I would make to ensure that the job would be done right!

We owned a large piece of land and wished to build our home in the center on a windy granite dome at .4 miles from the main road with only a logging road as access. We were having difficulty finding a building company that would work with us on the house we custom designed. Some won't return our calls, others just gave us quotes off the top of… their heads. Once we started working with ATA, our voices were finally heard. They worked tirelessly in keeping the budget in check, giving us multiple options and interacting with the town on obtaining the timely permits. They broke ground in Feb

I just love ATA Construction. They built a wonderful subdivision in Rindge, NH. They also built the home we lived in for 10 years. They are excellent builders and very professional and fair. Always available if you need an estimate or had a question. You won't go wrong if you hire them. Full faith and trust in them.
