Derrick's Roofing proved to be the right choice. A mobile home I recently purchased in the San Vicente Mobile Home Park needed its roof desperately replaced. Fortunately, we chose Derrick's. Miguel (I think) came out, gave us a bid, and we ultimately paid $13,800.
When I asked about white roofs to help repel the summer heat, he brought me about a dozen shades of gray. None were white but the two lightest ones, of a light silvery gray, would do the job.

We had Derricks Roofing put a new roof and new gutters on our house. They were great! Cindy in the office was so helpful as was Miguel who came immediately when a problem was encountered. They were all friendly, professional, tidy and hard-working! I would whole heartedly recommend them!!! And the price was very reasonable!!!

Derrick's Roofing replaced the entire roof for our home, plus roofed two garden sheds. I was extremely pleased with their work - the job was managed professionally, the crew worked quickly & throughly and knew what their were doing (I've roofed before), the crew responded to my questions and on-site requests, and the cost was competitive.

I had Mark from Derrick's Roofing come to my house to look at leak on my roof. He was on time and friendly. He informed me that my roof in fact did not need to be replaced like the previous roofer had said and that I could just fix the area that was leaking and that my roof was actually in good shape. I am so grateful that he was honest about what shape my roof was in. He saved me an easy $20k. His employees came and fixed my leak in a very reasonable amount of time. I will be using Derrick's Roofing for all my roofing needs in the future!
