Not too happy with the price of labor!! They installed wall unit furnace. Furnace was $1700, labor $850.00, they were at the house for 2.5 hours!!! Then $450.00 for other parts.......... $3000.00.
In the past they had fixed my old furnace with reasonable cost. So two stars for that. Great, thought they would install new one with reasonable cost. NOT. Do your reach and ask more questions and shop around!!!! $850 for labor and $450.00 for other things..is way more than I expected, maybe I am wrong??

The company installed an air conditioning unit for our house and were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. They were friendly and listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. We dealt with five individuals at the company and they each provided their own level of expertise. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering installing a heating/air unit, or servicing their existing unit. Darrel

It was the brutally hot 4th of July weekend. Our AC was working overtime and leaking water. We called and received immediate suggestions and reasurance, and once we determined not urgent ( so they could address others who had no A/C working) they came out promptly a couple days later. The fix was easy and as a result of a marginally designed/installed condensation drain by another company. Later that day Amanda called back after hours to just be sure we were all set. Great service, nice honest

Heating went out on a Friday evening for my renters who have 5 young children, so we called Earth Energy and they came out to check it. They arrived at the property was rude to the renters, and seemed in a bad mood probably because they had to work on a Friday evening while they had no heat. Called us and told us they didn't have the part, and would check the shop in the morning. Saturday arrived/no call, Sunday/no call/, Monday/no call. We called them on Monday evening at 6pm and they told us the didn't have the part so they should have it in the morning. Tuesday they called said that part didn

I had a very bad experience with this organization. I have worked with heating contractors the past 30 years. I supervised 8 farms with 8 houses to maintain. I took a old furnace to their shop to have a plenum made. The plenum had the wrong outlets AND THEY WANTED $600.00 for the plenum. I took the plenum back thinking that a mistake was made in billing. The owner was not friendly to say the least. He said it took a long time to make it (it must have been a very inexperienced person doing it ). He came down 200. I told him that I have bought used furnaces with a new plenum on it for $150.00.
