Carlos and his team did an outstanding job on our front and back yard in turtle rock. They redid the entire irrigation system, sod, and revamped our landscaping. They were very professional, and did a great job going over the process from start to finish. Carlos, was on time and very respectful. He fixed our issue with our sprinklers flooding our pool equipment within a 24 hour notice.
Carlos and his team are knowledgeable and are very good at explaining things to you. I just switched landscaping services. Carlos responded to my phone call for a quote within a few minutes of calling him. He came out the next morning to give me a quote and talk about some of the issues we had.

Carlos and his team are excellent. They are on-time, fair on prices, transparent, and excellent problem solvers.
Clover did completely new irrigation in our front yard a couple of years ago, and the work has held up perfectly. So, we had them come back and install a new system in our backyard this year.
We discovered that the backyard water main had been disconnected. Carlos was quick to provide a quote on the extra work that was fair, and came back to complete the even bigger job next-day. The extra digging (over 100') to route the backyard to our water main is nearly unnoticable

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job. I was given his name through one of the highest rated landscaping services in OC. They were prompt, fair on quotes, came out in a very timely manner after agreeing on the quote and did a very professional job. I could not recommend a better experience and will definitely use his company in the future for all landscaping needs. Things they fixed or replaced: added a new timer, repaired existing timer, added new drip lines, repaired a leak, updated broken sprinkler heads and trimmed a tree. Worst gardener in the world. Don't ever use his services and they do not make themselves responsible for what happens in your property.
They broke my brand new window that's cost us $1400 each and they did not make themselves responsible for it. Funny thing no one was at my house expect me, my husband and miraculously a broken window happened to appear after they did the service at the house. I talked to the owner Carlos, and said his workers didn't admit to breaking the window so he was not going to be responsible for their negligence. He wanted visual proof in order to believe me. Not like anyone

I had a small, non-emergency sprinkler repair. Carlos was quick to respond to my request. Did a quick check of my problem and set a date and time to come back.
Communicated (texted) often to let me know when he was coming which I appreciated. Worked quickly to solve my problem and a few others I didn't even know I had. I was actually on the phone working when he first arrived but he did not wait around for me. He jumped right in and got started.

He ditched me twice on our appointments for estimate and I had to cancel my plans for two days in a row. The first day, he texted me after one hour and half waiting with a cliche excuse that "his car was broke down". I gave him the benefit of the doubt and kindly told him that it's not a problem and thanked him for letting me know. The second day not only he didn't show up, he didn't have the decency to even respond to my texts when I asked him if he's coming. His price was very fair, and he and another worker were able to come in 30 minutes, the same day. They worked very quickly and efficiently. Both were very professional and easy to talk to. He didn't upcharge me from the original quote. He brought his own truck and was able to remove all the branches in a little over half an hour and left my backyard looking great.
I will definitely call him next time I need some work done! Thank you, Carlos!!
