So based on the reply, it is true that the business never communicated the cancellation fee of $50 ahead of time before they started charing you, did move existing customer's appointment right after the Thanksgiving week around to accommodate their own schedule, and did require someone at home every time they clean my house, and did charge higher than other cleaning service.

I also looked it up and found that the business is not registered with the state of California as a corporation, LLP, or with Alameda County as fictitious business name. See the photos for proof! Buyers BEWARE. No

This place is unreliable when they would show up, and finds any available reason to cancel the appointments. Sure they did a nice a job when they did show up but the cancellation is so frequent that I could not depend on them at all.

HANDS DOWN TO THE BEST CLEANING CREW EVER ! Raquel was very nice professional and efficient !!! She left my house smelling and looking sparkly brand new!
