I am very happy to share our experience with Holmes. First, know that the individuals that we worked with were very professional and had a clear understanding of the products we purchased. I should mention this included carpeting, granite and the total renovation of our showers. We worked with Austin, who was very personable and always kept us informed about timelines, etc. Holmes’ competitive pricing also enabled us to use them in the variety of projects we had. We were extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this company for your consideration.

Run as fast as you can Away from this place. We ordered cabinets in December of 2020. We had delivery dates one after another that never happened. Our entire renovations were at a stand still because of this company until APRIL!!!!!! Full installation not completed until May. Wrong measurements, broken cabinets, no filler pieces, etc. Their own employees complained about how the company was handling us. To top it off, we were told that the cabinets would not be ordered until they were paid in full. We were paying half and our builder was to pay half. I contacted Holmes on at least three occasions

I don't have a good story to tell because I never got the chance to work with them. I was in search of new hardwood floors throughout my 2nd level that was carpet and new counter tops in my kitchen. I also wanted to use a Veteran owned business. According to their commercials I kept seeing on tv, it seemed like the business I was looking for. It took over a week to get an appointment for someone to come out and measure the project. A couple weeks later I contacted the young man who came out to get the estimate for the job. He told me he would have it to me by the end of the day. That was 9/14,

From the moment we walked into Holmes, we were more than pleased. Everyone was pleasant and so very patient with us as we were looking for granite and backsplash for our kitchen. The granite was just installed by Martin and Max, and we are exremely happy with the product, their work and the price!! Holmes' professionalism, their suggestions, the quality of their work can't be beat! Emerson installed the backsplash which included a small wall. His work was outstanding. Perfect in every way! Great company to deal with!!
