I am so impressed with everything that your company has done to beautify my home from the landscaping, walls to the installation of a flagpole. I asked Ponzani to gravel a small parking lot. They arrived when they said they would, re-graded the lot to remove weeds and allow for more material depth, applied gravel, cleaned up and finished without a hitch.
I did not have worry or babysit these guys! Very impressed by a very professional crew! From start to finish, the communication, work and timely completion of our lawn care is exactly what I expect from a company. The friendly service to my wife and myself exceeded our expectation.

Our professional staff includes three consultants/designers, an office manager, a lawn care technicians, seven team supervisors and fifteen crew members.
My journey began as a small child growing up in the family business of Ponzani Florist and Greenhouses which gave me the inspiration that lead me on my journey today. Graduating from St. Clairsville High School and Ohio State University- ATI with a degree in landscape management I set out to pursue my own business.
We cannot accurately answer this until we visit your property for a detailed evaluation and measurement of your property. You may have a warm season grass known as Zoysia grass. This grass that will survive in our area and besides staying brown a good portion of the season it can spread to unwanted areas or into your neighbors lawn.

Keith the fforeman on the bid didn't listen or bid the work I asked for. His written bid and what the crew were told to do were completely seperate. He charged me top dollar for my hand detailed beds but told the crew to weedeat spray mulch blow and go. Charged almost 600 bucks for 150 in work I could have hired a teenager. I called Chris but he hasn't called back yet. I guess he will if he wants his customer of nearly 40 years to ever use them again.

I was so grateful and impressed with the professional and hard working crew who came to help me with the absolute mess I was left with from (Afford a Pool and Spa.) in St. Clairsville.
I live on a hillside where there is no level ground.
After they came and installed my pool they left
Me with a 3 foot dirt wall 6 inches away from 45% of my pool, and on the other side 25 % of the pool was resting on freshly tamped down soil . They even left tree roots jutted out through soil touching pool! I panicked at the thought of either the hillside caving in on the pool on one side or dirt drifting out

Had them come out to my house this morning and was told that my flower beds were too small when the front one is half the length of my 30 foot long house. Don't appreciate being told they won't do the service when I'm the one paying for them to come and do the work. You consider yourselves the best in the area, yet won't even take on a customer that would ha e you come back out and ma I talk the area for continues buisness. If go to a no star rating if I could.
