I called Bousman thinking I was needing for someone to come out and repair my garage door , they called me back helped over the phone with what I needed over the phone, they were very knowledgeable. They could of taken advantage of the situation but they were very honest and sincere. I would strongly recommend them and I will use them in the future as well

Doors that were installed did not match color of house that was agreed upon. House needs paint job. After several missed appts by contractor to adjust door seals, have given up on him. The house is getting repainted this fall. The painter will match the color to garage doors. The painter will also adjust door seals. Sorry, cannot recommend door contractor.

Instead of repairing the chain drive Bousman Garage doors replaced it with a garage door of lesser quality. They took my garage door controller which is a part of my security system. They said they would return it but did not. I will now need to replace this garage door opener and the garage door controller. They installer a garage door that will not work with a security system.

Called Bousman doors because of the reviews I found online. They are not an exaggeration. Purchased a home 3 years ago and the door would not operate as of a couple of days ago. Called on Sunday morning at 10 and by 3, AJ was at our door. He explained everything what needed to be replaced today and what was fine. Very good at explaining… everything in detail. A previous repair was just a rig job. Showed why the door failed. Very reasonable I thought and they come out on the weekends. I would highly recommend them and AJ in particular. Will call them again if I ever have problems again.

If anyone needs anything done concerning garage doors, these guys are awesome! We are new home owners in Olathe and garage door was not working, saw their sticker next to the garage pad, called and AJ came that day and not only fixed our door he stayed and fixed 4 other issues we weren't even aware of. Very professional and very reasonable compared to big chains we called for quotes. And they are located in my home town Grain Valley, very satisfied and proud of this hometown local business. Ask for AJ he's the man!
