In 1953 Gabriel Minotti and his twin brother Anthony Minotti founded Minotti Construction in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Their company flourished in commercial construction and they traded maple trees for palm trees and moved the business to South Florida. Gabriel passed on more than a namesake to son Gabe Jr., who continued the family tradition of building and remodeling.
