We will work with your organization from your projects inception to completion. Our staff will assist you with feasibility and site selection to make sure the best site and location is chosen for your project. Our preliminary design puts your concepts on paper backed up by a budget. You will know the estimated cost of your facility before you begin.
My Grandfather worked for Turner Construction Company in Cincinnati: My father was a senior superintendent for Baker Concrete Construction. These men taught me by example to finish the job and take great pride in your work and your life. I started in this field a young man and continued to work as an engineer through college.
MP Kelly offers numerous co-op positions to Construction Management students attending Eastern Kentucky University. Coupling EKU's excellent Construction Management Program with the opportunity to assist in Project Management and Field Supervision aids students in developing a great experience based foundation.
Since each construction project is different, the project delivery system should be tailored to the individual requirements of that unique project. Typically the owner chooses the project delivery system that will be employed, but relies on MP Kelly's professional input in design and construction to determine which project delivery system will best fit the project.
MP Kelly will complete the first steps of your project with our own staff. We self perform site work, foundations and steel erection. MP Kelly learned the value to our clients of performing these services in-house. Site work, foundations and steel erection are the first and most important steps of any project.
