This is the place to visit if you want to be lied to and potentially ripped off. They advertised a 2008 Honda Accord for $5419. I went in for a test drive. I liked the car and was prepared to pay full price. They told me they were going to replace the tires and brakes because of safety concerns. They also said they would wash the car and replace the battery. Then they decided they would raise the price to $7991. Keep in mind that this car has 111,000 miles and extensive hail damage. After I complained they said they would take $6700. I feel this was an unethical and possibly illegal practice on

First off, I know my credit isn't the greatest and it doesn't need to be stated that I have bad credit, I already know thank you. They treat you like an idiot and pull all the usual sleaz tactics (manipulating numbers) to get as much money as they can. Don't give them any numbers! Negotiate each thing separately or they'll just try and push things through. Also be careful of mumbling salesman, high payments sound lower when they don't pronounce correctly.

The absolute worst Ford parts department in Montana. Selectively picks customers to assist and tells other professional services to go elsewhere to get parts. Tries to quote non-existent requirements for certain things. Ignoring the fact that I use the same system. To make this even more comical, the only employee working parts decided it was his place to tell me that I couldn't talk to the GM!
Take your business to Butte or Bozeman. This is the shadiest dealership in Helena, but that's a story for another time. Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

Had my husbands pickup in there to be fixed on 8/4 they called and said it was ready 8/5. on 8/6 the same issues happened, took it back in on 8/11 when they could get it in, and explained we needed our pickup fixed by the end of the day so I could go to work the next morning. They called said it wouldn't be done but they would put it back together and fix it the next day after I got off work. We did explain in the beginning we needed it and back by 8/12 when they closed due to needing it to get moved. They called and they still did not have the parts on 8/12, unfortunately it was the brake

I am exceptionally disappointed with this Toyota dealer. I brought in a Toyota Prius which was having battery issues. This is a vehicle that had been serviced religiously in another state. After Helena Motors "inspection" they reported a long list of "necessary" repairs totaling over $1,000. Replacing the battery was pushing $400.
Not only will I avoid this dealer I will NOT buy a new car from them EVER! I am sorry the people of Helena have no other Toyota dealer options in the city. Toyota corporate should do a thorough review of the dealer representing their products

I had a tire sensor light come on during my drive from San Diego to Helena. I called to make an appointment at Helena Motors. They gave me an appointment and asked if I wanted to leave the car or wait. I asked how long the wait would be, and they told me it would be an hour. I showed up at the appointed time, and they told me they would fit me in after the other "waiters" that were in the lobby. I explained that I had an appointment, and was told it would be about an hour...they said that the hour started after I got in, and that would be after everyone else that was already there! I

I did my research in looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I found several vehicles that I was interested in looking at. I went in with my list and was assisted by a nice sales person. I narrowed my search down to one vehicle. Pretty ticked off. 2nd vehicle I've bought from them. Usually I deal with Kourtney who has been phenomenal and gone out of his way to help me.
The last vehicle I bought, my Rav, which I do love; I was assured that I could get better tires, at least a 6 ply, HOWEVER, it was not Kourtney who helped me.
I specifically asked if i bought this vehicle could i get a better tire in at least a 6 ply or more for where I live. Salesman said oh yes absolutely. I even asked him to double check because I couldn't buy the vehicle otherwise. Again I was told YES.

Dropped off ford truck at the Ford service center at 8:30am. 7hrs later-3:30pm-they called to tell me they couldn't do the tire rotation because the truck is too big for their lift. When I complained about the length of time and the fact that their excuse of it being too big, they told me I don't have to bring it in there for service. I am a fleet customer there, or should say I was. They have repeatedly disappointed me at that shop. I've been taking my 2016 F550 there since it was brand new. The reason for this review is to let others know about the great experience we had with Helena Honda - Helena Motors.
Recently my girlfriend crashed and totaled her car that she was very attached to. Our goal was to find a replacement for it that was as close to her crashed car as possible. This was not as easy as it may seem due to the fact that the 2018 models were redesigned and out of her comfort zone.
We were looking for a Specific year, Model, Color and Version. I had spent many trips to dealerships that told me the car we were looking for was not available due that it was a last year

We were 100 miles from home when our truck told us it needed an oil change immediately. So we stopped at Walmart to get an oil change on our Ford 350 diesel truck. Well it turns out another Walmart (sandy Utah) had caused many problems. These Walmart people were very nice and helpful but they could not do an oil change because of a stripped oil plug, oil filter screwed on too tight to release, etc. Luckily we were just a mile from this dealership but it was 4:00 on. Friday and we were afraid they wouldn't be able to get us in. Anyway, they did fit us in. They were very helpful and professional

If I could rate less than a star I would. Stay away from their service dept. My elderly mother went in for an oil change and service check. She sat for 2 hours in their waiting room and then the serviceman came out to tell her that her brakes were about to fail at anytime. He gave her a $1,000 quote to fix it and asked if she wanted to do it then. THANK GOD she waited and took it to a real brake shop. There was nothing wrong with her brakes ar any of the mechanics of the brakes. Not sure if they don't know what they are doing or if it was intentional. I will find my mother a new service

Been to every dealership in Helena, literally when shopping for vehicles over the years. This Helena Toyota is definitely a cut above the rest. The salesman (Kirk Loveridge was ours) are courteous & respectful. We even had another salesman not involved with our deal helped get the vehicle ready for us (Kourtney) in the delivery showroom (yes, they had a specific room to deliver the vehicle!). He was knowledgeable & patient while we looked at several vehicles & helped us all along the way. The management & finance office are no different. I received a very good trade-in price

Went there looking for a car that was online and "in stock". Was told it would be in that week. Then the following week was told it would be in on a different date. That day came and went. I had two major issues with the service department at Helena Motors that serve to guarantee I will never spend a dime there again. One, the navigation system and touch screen in my 2010 Taurus SHO stopped working. after 4 trips to service at Helena Motors I was told the entire system needed replaced at a cost of over $2000.00. I took it to another dealer and learned in less than an hour it was a $400.00 part. The second issue is a recall repair that was done to the same vehicle. I contacted Helena Motors online looking for a 2014 Toyota 4Runner. I was contacted by a salesman named Jim Knight who went out of his way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I conveyed to Jim that another dealership I went to lied to me and refused to give me what my trade in was worth. Helena Motors has a great selection of Toyota and Ford. My personal favorite is Toyota. The salesman are definitely trained on the product and many of them will go above and beyond to help you get the car you really want. I highly recommend working with Steve Miller or Todd Gilbreath. You'll get excellent customer service and a great experience. Sales just remodeled their sales floor and have made it more comfortable and spacious. There is even a place for the kids to play.
