Let me tell you about "Paris Auto Group" got and 2016 Kia Sorento that from day one shouldnt of been sold. It messed up on me two days after getting. After that they took it for 6mo only for it to mess up AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Took it back to them they kept it for another 2mo and I went out of town and the darn car caught on fire with me inside. NOT ONCE did they ask was I okay NOT ONCE did they reach out to see how me and mines was doing!!!!!!!! Never seen anything like it. DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE UR COINS AND TIME.

That's a load of crap. How do you dare say you have first class customer service when everyone I've talked to has nothing but bad experiences with you guys?!
You never had me drive a brand new mustang, I don't know where you're getting that from. I did however drive a 2012 Mustang at a dealership in Dallas that shifted smoothly and confidently. I also drove one of your salesman's cars, a 2013 Mustang and it drove smoothly as well. That same salesman drove my car and confirmed that there was something wrong.
Your service techs drove my car for 2 1/2 weeks and also determined

Avoid Paris Ford like the plague. I've had too many bad experiences here to recount. In a nutshell, they're overpriced, have no selection (who carries just one mustang?), and the salesmen are some of the rudest people I've ever met. My friend has tried to do business with them twice in the last five years and both times was completely ignored when trying to get a salesmen to help (they were plenty available...the new car sales manager was busy mocking a costumer to another employee). My friend drove over the Bob Utter Ford in Sherman (Best dealer in NE TX, hands down!) and dropped
