This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I dealt with Joseph Mortillaro, he is young but good. I am not an easy customer and I know this, Joseph stuck with me, stayed in contact through the process and when we finally came to an agreement he dropped everything and delivered the vehicle to my house. I dealt with one person beginning to end, that's the way it should be. I don't know anything else about this dealership, but Joseph should be a template of how the team operates.

Attention to detail and customer service is a lost practice in todays world. Best Audi service I've experienced. James and Gary are amazing service reps. They have always gotten me a prompt appt and a loaner car when needed. The technicians provide detailed estimates and provide a video of what they found and also include a full vehicle inspection in the video. Ryan did the service work and was top shelf as always.

Vito is as dishonest as they come.
I was contacted by the GM about my car that was listed for sale on Autotrader. He made a very fair offer which we accepted. In between our agreement and our arrival at the dealership in Lakeland, the car got scraped by someone backing out of a parking space.
We drove 1 hour from Clearwater to Lakeland and met with Vito. I had full expectations that the price would be adjusted for the fresh scrapes on the bumper (the original negotiated offer was based on the photos with no scrapes, as it was).
Vito looked at the car and came back and reduced the offer by $2

Audi Lakeland, more specifically Zane and Zach, went out of their way to accommodate getting my wife the exact new Audi vehicle she wanted. Given the current chip shortage and inventory availability, this wasn't an easy task. The pricing was fair and transparent. The post-sale follow-up has been outstanding and appreciated. I definitely recommend Audi Lakeland!

I would recommend everyone to speak with Mario, his service was excellent. He goes above and beyond for his customers. By the way, this is my second purchase from him and he treated me extremely well each time I visited the dealership. Fantastic staff! Vito Susca helped my mom find the Audi that best suited her driving style, and treated us like family. His manager Paul talked about some of the finer points of the vehicles service plans, and helped us make an informed decision as to what we needed and what we didn't need. Very informative staff and extremely driven to make the sale profitable for both parties. I for sure will bring anyone interested in a brand new Audi here. We love it already!

What is it with car dealerships in Lakeland...This place is almost as bad as Lakeland Toyota (see 900 1 star reviews!) Nothing could be that bad but really this place is trying their best to duplicate that low level of customer service. i called for appt around 8:30 am this morning.i ended up speaking with jennie (same as my name) spent a great deal of time on the phone answering her questions. she scheduled it for 2:00pm, but told me to call back with VIN # which i did. also, i confirmed with whoever took the vin number that yes i did have an appt for 2:00pm. on my way there, i get a call
