It was a moody rainy day and I was feeling gloom when walked in and saw th professional cashier in Ravenclaw. Now I don't know what house I'm in but I know somehow I'm not slytherian or hufflepuff, it's either Ravenaclaw or Gryfindor. I forgot to mention I feel like a werewolf and sad on another plain of existence i know werid right. The other profffesional working takes attention to detail well. I prefer to do my business with small local companies rather than the big box stores. And I try to let the owner of a company know if there is a problem, out of respect. I have tried to contact the owner, but he has not returned my calls. The store does not keep posted prices accurate with prices at the register. For several years, I have pointed out to counter employees that prices in their framing (picture) department are not accurate. No one has bothered to correct this over two years and four complaints. For one thing, concerning Mr. Griffin's review, the owners name is Mike Mower. If you're going to complain at least do your homework. I have had nothing but good relations with the staff here and Tamy in particular is a wonderful person. I've heard the story of how the afore mentioned person came in and cursed her out for no reason at all other than that he was having a temper tantrum, and this came from multiple sources. True Value is an amazing place. It could use a little organization, but other than that I love it!
