Tom went above and beyond to fix the clogged drain issues we were having. He was able to fit us into his schedule in a timely manner, arrived on-time, was very thorough, offered suggestions and advice, and was honest and very reasonably priced. He also took the time fix something else we were having issues with during his service call. I already referred him to a friend and will be calling him back for any future plumbing issues we have in the future.

Tom was absolutely wonderful!! My so called General Contractor damaged a pipe during demo. Long story short-for 7 weeks, it's been leaking into an enclosed shaft. Yesterday morning, a 3 foot section of my garage ceiling collapsed-and water and mold are everywhere!! Tom had put in a new valve a few weeks before. Well, thinking it was the valve, Tom came back out and fixed everything-and didn't charge me a dime!! There are good people left in the world! Thank You,Tom!!!

What a fantastic guy! Called at 2pm on Sunday and Tom was at my home by 6pm to fix our clog. With sewage backup, all you want to hear is how someone is going to help, and that's what we received. If you want amazing customer service at a reasonable price, give them a call. I'll absolutely call again if needed.

Tom deserves all 5 stars. He was professional and fixed my plumbing issue ASAP with no problems. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg like most large plumbing companies probably would. He made it a priority and when he told me he would be here at 8:30 am he pulled into the driveway exactly on time. I didn't have to call an 800# and push prompts and talk to a robot; he took my first call. I highly recommend and will be calling him again to fix all the other things that my little condo.
