Outstanding experience for my home. I have a barn style roof with dormers and porch roofs tying in, in other words….a pretty complicated project. The job they were able to do was just amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The crew was very professional and their attention to detail was evident in their work. The finished project looks amazing! I would highly recommend!

This business turned out to be very unprofessional. My roof is only 1/2 way done after 2 months. There is a lot of clean up..... Still a mess around my property. As soon as I gave them the 2nd third of the price I bearly see or hear from them. They mostly do not return my calls. I am a recent widow and I feel they have taken advantage of me and ignored. I and my son had to run for, pay and deliver plywood with my deceased husbands truck for the job the second day the crew showed up, so some work could be done that day. I tried to be helpful in every way letting them use my ladders, pump jacks and

We used Black Label to replace our roof. I must say that they were helpful and though the weather was against us they still came out and took a look at our roof. We had major ice damming and leaks. They replaced the roof in one day and were quick and efficient. Very happy with our new metal roof.

The team was prompt and ready to get busy replacing a shingle roof with a metal roof. They did a fantastic job and when rain was in the forecast they pushed through to get the job done to ensure the roof was ready. I can’t even explain how happy we are. I'm Very Happy to have had Black Label Builders, Inc. do our roof!! From start to finish Joe & his Crew were GREAT!! We had Major Damage due to "Ice Dams" on our roof & in 5 rooms of our home. From Inspection to Completion it was done in a timely manner! They came at 8:30 AM & by 3:00 PM our NEW ROOF was DONE! The crew also did a Great job of Cleaning up around the WHOLE Huse, too! Joe was wonderful, he came out assessed the damage and took care of our claim quickly. He worked with our insurance company to get what we needed covered . The roof was installed quickly and efficiently and the crew cleaned up everything very well. We are so happy with our new roof that we will definitely use them in the future for any of our home needs.
