We bought a car here a few years ago and had a fantastic experience. We were in the market for another car so we thought we would come back. We had yet another fantastic experience. Chris Norton is the sales guy that helped us. He was fantastic. Super friendly. Even the manager who helped us finalize out purchase was excellent. They kept asking if we wanted anything to drink or snack on. This place shows what customer service should look it. Excellent place to buy a car with good rates. We will be back when we are in the market for another vehicle.

I recently purchased a Passport here, I received a fair price for the car. The support staff was wonderful throughout the transaction process. STAY AWAY from this place. Price gauging and poor, dishonest service. I've had 2 repairs fail within a couple months. One within a week. My car was leaking so much oil I went through two bottles (fire hazard?) The failures were both from poor workmanship: stripped bolts and tool damage. The last time I went in for a repair they refused to give me a receipt ( I do have a voicemail though) I doubt they did anything. After driving home my oil chamber was almost empty and it was leaking for over a week. One of my spark plugs was loose and oily. I had all spark plugs replaced about a month ago

Do not get your car serviced here. Every single time I came I left with more service lights on which required me to come back. They cracked my windshield one of those times. They fixed it but took two weeks to even get back to me. The service staff does not explain to you ahead of time what it's going to cost to diagnose your car they quickly hurry over it and tell you they will call you if it costs whatever amount but having you sign to pay for it ahead of time. Will not be coming back here to get any services there is no satisfaction.

I have obviously worn rear control arm bushings which clunk and worn suspension.
98k miles on original suspension, so I need parts.
They blamed the clunk and poor handling on my tire pressure, which is well within tire pressure specs. Outrageous.
Charged $100 for diagnostics and $12 for "shop supplies" ??? and chased other non-essential repairs like brakes, which another shop saw had 50% pad life left a week ago, and front sway bar bushings.
This is why I do my own work nowadays. These guys are scammers, ignorant, or lazy. They price themselves out of work or simply charge the diagnostic

I called about a car and setup an appointment east enough. Verified the car was available and not sold. Drove out to this location which wasn't that close to my home only to find out the car had issues several days ago and is not available as of a few days ago. Frankly, when I brought my old Civic in for routine service they charged me an arm and a leg--I'd never have a car serviced here again. But when my Civic died and I needed a car ASAP I bought a new Honda Fit here, and it was a good experience. I had nothing to trade in and didn't want any special features, so there was little room to bargain, The sales staff was nice, and they don't forget about you when they have your money. I dealt with two customer care representatives over email to obtain pricing information and financing details. I secured a best price and a finance offer, and when I came back with information from other dealerships, the woman offered to price match.

I had the best car buying experience EVER! Tim Olson was my Sale's Professional. I came in one day, found a car I lik & told them I would think about it. I asked them what was their best price & Aaron (Tim's Manager), gave me a price. I called around to other Honda dealerships & they could NOT touch the price I was given! The next day I called Tim at 1:00pm & said, "yes I want the car"! Can I get it today? Everything from the sale through the financing process was totally seamless! I came and waited an hour for an oil change and tire rotation, and had great customer service from a lady and John S. They washed my vehicle and also scrubbed a mineral deposit off my windshield that I hadn't been able to get off! It took them 15 minutes and they didn't charge me. They also gave my vehicle a full inspection and filled everything up.

I'm not a fan of dealerships, a lot of hassle and pressure and many times too many balloons. Seriously...are toddlers buying cars these days? I booked an appointment with the service department to install OEM splash guards a/k/a mud flaps on my new 2017 Honda Fit. I made sure the service advisor knew I already purchased the guards. The process of checking in my ride was flawless... very efficient. I always get nervous when I see someone get into any car I own. I have no relationship with this dealer so I think it's fair to float them a pass on a couple things that annoyed me when the young advisor and the tall older gentleman who, I guess, drives the vehicles to be cleaned stepped into

This is more of a consumer awareness update. We have been looking at possibly trading in one of our vehicles, and one dealership in particular has offered a grossly lower number for trade in then all of the other dealerships we have visited. Most dealerships are offering $21000, while David Hobbs Honda in Glendale, WI offered $16,000.
Given that we have had some problems with this dealership in the past, I think it is only fair to let my direct community know about this so they can consider this before visiting this dealership.
