Mike Pritchard came to my home and checked everything one last time, and it was all good to go! I had never used Pritchard Bros. before, but now they are on my speed dial. I was having a problem for awhile and I called a couple other plumbing companies before I called Pritchard's. One wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, the other couldn't tell me when they would be able to help. I called Pritchard Bros and they were so nice and kind and helpful. They were able to get to my house the next day and they fixed the issue with no problems at all.

I've had to call Pritchard Bros. to fix items my home warranty didn't cover. I no longer utilize my home warranty since every time I've needed something, Pritchard Bros was cheaper than the 100 deposit my home warranty charged. They're polite, expedient, and I love that they wait a week or two before sending the bill.

The furnace on the house I inherited from my mom died completely. I called every heating/cooling place in Boone. Pritchard Bros. had the best estimate, the quickest response, and the fasrest service. I had a few personal snafus during the process and they were extremely patient. They got it in quickly and efficiently, they had practical advice on how to keep the new furnace in good shape and the cost was only $200 over the estimate. I will only call them from now on when I have furnace, AC, and/or plumbing problems.

I have used Pritchard Brothers since 2006 for numerous projects on my home. I will call nobody else as they have fixed problems other P/H vendors stated could not be fixed and fixed problems caused by other P/H vendors. When I did an addition to my home not only were they the best value but the most involved even before I decided to go with them as they wanted to ensure they fully understood the project.
