On our annual furnace service day, we unfortunately had a funeral to attend. No worries. We were able to stay in-touch with Noah as he was headed to the house for the service work and Noah kept us informed through the process. When we got home, the heating system was up and running without a hitch. Noah did great, as Brock's Heating always does.

Haven't made a decision yet on whether to use Brock's, but the owner Sean came to my home to give me an estimate and was exceptionally knowledgeable and innovative about various options that might meet my needs.
Addendum: Alas, Brock's didn't follow through on its multiple promises to send me an estimate, so I'm reducing this from five to four stars. My sense is that they are just very busy, as are many other contractors right now in this line of work. Still, breaking repeated promised deadlines to get something done, even if it's only to send an estimate, means that I cannot in good conscience

When I see a clean "aircraft grade" installation, it gives me confidence that my technician knows what he/she is doing. Sean and team did such a job n our mini split heating and AC system and heat pump water heater. The equipment arrived right on schedule and the installation was clean and on budget. Nothing missed. Brocks even discounted the work for the efficiency Vermont rebate I received and applied to it for me. Done! They service everything each season and we never have a worry. I can't review them on their work, since they never actually made it to my house. I had called them to set up a maintenance appointment for our air conditioner, just to check it was running ok and to get established in their system. They give you a 3-4 hour window and I waited and waited and no one ever came, So I called the office and was told that they forgot to put my appointment in their system so they then rescheduled me for another day. Not off to a great start but I wanted to give them another chance since things happen. On the day of the rescheduled appointment I get a call that

Brock's is AMAZING...I have been a customer for several years and they have done a lot of work in our home, including replacing the entire heating and hot water system as well as the water filtration system. I had a problem with my propane furnace. Noah arrived on time and knew exactly what to repair. The business kept me up to date with my appointment by text and email, and sent me a picture of my technician so I would know who to expect. The repair was conducted very quickly and I am very satisfied with the result. Would definitely use again.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We had our boiler catch fire and our family had to stay in a hotel. Sean got his team here fast and got a new boiler in and heat so we could come home within a week. These guys worked fast and the new boiler looks awesome! Definitely call Brock's for your heating services.

Where to start?....Sean was quick to give me an estimate with not one, but three options to replace my oil fired boiler. Giving me the information (pros and cons) of each and left me to decide my best option. After making the selection, we set up a schedule and he and his crew showed up bright and early, on time, ready to hit the ground running. There were some technical issues that Sean was very attentive to and got resolved in a fast manner. Overall I would recommend Brock's without reservation. They show up when scheduled, do the work prescribed in the estimate without any hidden costs
