Yes, I would recommend your carpet cleaning business to friends. Steve was very helpful in explaining his services and the problems he faced with our carpet. He even got the red spot out that was beside the couch. I think he said that the yellow pet stains might improve after a few days. Most of the stains were much improved overall, except near the back of the couch. I was disappointed that the yellow in that area is very visible. The middle of that same section was much improved.
I will still recommend your company to friends. Overall, we are very pleased.

I have used Summit on numerous occasions. They are definitely The BEST. I had a very stained stair. Even after a good cleaning, the spot returned. I called, and they returned a few days later and were able to get it out. You can't go wrong with Summit!

Summit really is the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used and the only one I would recommend.
They fixed a strong chemical odor that was left after another company had treated my carpet. They got the smell out no problem after the other company was unable to.
They were kind, professional and willing to work with me regarding cleaning solution chemicals and smells because I am pregnant.

Summit Cleaning is by far the best cleaning service I've ever used, and the only cleaning service willing to come to Dayton. Scheduling was easy and the receptionist was so sweet and patient. Stephen and Stephen were so polite and professional (and fast!). They reviewed the process with me, gave me a quote for the service, AND left me with a bottle of stain remover and a super helpful stain removal guide. They did such a great job and my carpet looks like new. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again! Thanks Stephen and Stephen!

We have used them for about 8 years on 4 properties and always been very pleased with the cleaning. Once after a terrible rental situation I was sure I'd have to replace the carpets, but Stephen was able to bring them back to a quite useable, rentable condition. Wouldn't;t even consider using anyone else.

After unsuccessful attempts to get other companies to even call me back regarding an area rug I needed cleaned, I found and called Summit. They answered right away and I made arrangements to drop my rug off since I live fairly close to their shop. What a great experience!! My rug was inspected and I was given a quote and a time frame of about a week. I was notified when it was ready and upon my arrival I was shown my rug and helped to load it in my car. The price was more than fair, there is a warranty against future stains, and they were delightful to work with. I highly recommend Summit.

We've used Summit for 3 years now. Always been happy with their services and friendly staff. They even fixed a bleached area and now we can't even tell where the carpet was originally damaged. Very professional.
We have them clean a couple times a year. We'll see them again before the family comes in for the holidays!

We used Summit Cleaning Services to clean our carpets upon moving out of our rental home. Joe and his team of cleaners did a professional job and were very friendly. I was impressed that they were certified carpet cleaners. Their motto is that they will guarantee your smile and they followed through on that with us. When something out of their control went wrong, they refunded us a portion of the bill. Very professional and very fair.
