They installed a new complete Carrier A/C and heating system for me after Hurricane Isaac. Since then, they have also done my semi annual A/C checks, on time and in a very professional manner. Chad was my service technician today and I was most pleased with his attention to the details. HORRIBLE. We used them through our home warranty. They showed up on a Tuesday and diagnosed the problem as needing a new compressor and said they would submit the paperwork to the home warranty company so they could order the part. After a week with no communication, we contacted the home warranty company to see where we stand. They never submitted the paperwork. When we called to get some kind of explanation, it was the verbal equivalent of a shoulder shrug. They could not have cared less. Now we have to start at the beginning and get a new technician out. It's over 95 degrees out
