In 1972, Holman Padgett started a small family run business performing floor maintenance and janitorial work. He saw the need for a local company in the Permian Basin with honest, hardworking employees that would treat the customer's property as their own. That work style has remained the same for over 45 years and the company has continued to grow because of this.
While we might worry a lot about rising levels of pollution outside, we often forget about the air we breathe all day long - indoors. High quality, clean, and healthy air doesn't start and end with circulation, but with the cleanliness of your system's ducts and vents. At Advance Cleaning, we have over 40 years of experience in cleaning all types of heating and cooling systems - both residential and commercial.
Not all carpets in your home get the same daily treatment. Foot traffic varies from room to room, and the more traffic an area receives, the more dirt will accumulate on and in the carpet. Dirt is not your carpets only enemy; there are also stains from food and drinks which can typically be found in the dining room, family room and media room.
Dogs, cats and even hamsters end up being a part of the family, but lets face it, they are still animals! These "family members" can be unruly by clawing and chewing up your carpet. They can create open seams, wrinkles, bald spots and other damage. Many of our customers have safety hazard seams in their carpet.
Within an hour of your call, our water damage restoration team can be on site anywhere in Midland or Odessa, TX to assess the extent of the flood damage and water damage. Called ahead to let me know they were getting the equipment ready to head my way, showed up started work and the entire time they were working they had the best attitude and disposition, it was so refreshing to hear and watch. Both employees had been with this company for Many years! I will use them again & I HAVE CLEAN AIR DUCTS!! How awesome is that! Thanks guys great job! These two guys are keepers, hard to find truly good employees.

I don’t normally write reviews for products or services, but Advance Cleaning did such an amazing job on my off-white area rug, I felt I absolutely had to!!
I am VERY pleased with, not only the work they did, but with the wonderful customer service I was given. Mel and her husband (I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name) were very friendly and personable. They did what they said they would do - actually exceeded my expectations - and did it in the timeframe to which they committed.
Because of my skepticism when I read rave reviews, I feel It necessary to say that I don’t know these people personally

Clearly the best, honest carpet cleaning company in town. I will post before and after pics of their work. They use their water and power. They arrive on time. They finish on time. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. If you want the cheapest, Advance is not. If You want quality and service. Call Advance cleaning. You will not be disappointed.

Customer service is ok, but not very business like. I asked for a quote on air duct cleaning, they gave me lump sum cost of $3031. When I asked for a breakdown of the cost and more detail, I was not given one. There quote was twice the price of local competitors. So when another company gave us a quote of $1446, and then advance cleaning offered to do the same job for $3031... I had to go with the competition. There is no reason why this service should be twice the price, and advance cleaning could not explain why they cost more.

Great Same-day service! I was moving out and realized the carpet in my living room needed cleaning after removing the furniture. I only had one day to get everything out of the house so I was in desperate need of cleaning THAT day. I called them at 11:30am and they had a crew at my house at 2:00pm. The guys who came out were friendly, courteous and even helped my son move furniture out of his room. I highly recommend Advance Cleaning!
