I highly recommend Mike from Sam Roofing Services. A couple of months ago they replaced me with re-roof. They did a quick and thorough job and for a very decent price. A couple of weeks ago I had some leaking with my ADU from what I assume was something running on the wall.
I called Mike and he came by to appraise the situation. He brought a small crew to work their magic and voila. No more leak. Mike is marvelous also. He is very knowledgeable and cares about doing a good job. Hopefully I won't need to use him much but if I need that sort of repair, I will not hesitate to call them.

Was very impressed with our experience with Sam Roofing. We had noticed some shingles in our yard when we came back in town from a trip and had noticed a serious cave in and leaks over the water heater during heavy rains, so we had a company come out to check on any potential damage.

We ultimately decided to wait to get our roof done, due to issues unrelated to our experience with Sam Roofing. We were looking to get tiles replaced, for aesthetic purposes only, and decided to wait to do the full roof in a few years. Johnny came out to inspect the roof and to prepare a bid. Sam, the project manager from Sam Roofing was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. When the crew showed up they got straight to business efficiently. When the tear down was complete, they showed me the spots that needed extra attention and made sure they were taken care of. The crew that did the re-roof were prompt, efficient and very neat. They left my home as if they were never here. I had an amazing experience with them. I highly recommend this company.

**landlords beware** I called because I need a possible roof on a property. Spoke with them and was told I would need to hire someone for a roof inspection which according to them will cost between $300 and $500 dollars. They won't tell me if my roof is good but that I will need a roof no matter what " because we do roofs and we want to make money no matter what" honestly! So I made some other calls and spoke with a nice man who came out and looked. He took pictures and gave me a estimate, it was high but the house needs a lot of work. But he was honest. Sam Roofing does an amazing job! Corey came out in December to my grandparents' house because they needed a new roof, and insurance would not help. It was a difficult situation. The entire team at Sam Roofing made it easier for them, and my grandma finally got the blue roof she wanted.
