Apparently I should hv read all the reviews but didn't. Was told I would get a call between 7 -8am which I didn't. Had to call the company twice before the mover called to tell me he was running late bc the freeway was closed. There were 2 movers, 1 was quiet but the other one was Rude from the beginning! My furniture was too big, I had too many things, the house I was moving in was too small! They broke a part of my door & didn't apologize but said my door was the cheapest one in town! Had an excellent experience with Low Budget Movers. Our movers, Martin and Quincy, were fantastic. They were excellent communicators, worked fast, and managed to safely get our furniture up to a third floor apartment with no elevator!

Low Budget Movers helped me move my business records out of my building and into a storage facility. It was a difficult move with tight spaces, big heavy pallets, and uneven ground. But Kevin and Steven did a great job, getting everything just how I wanted it, and quickly. They had a great attitude despite the tough job. I highly recommend Low Budget Movers.

Very disappointed , you pay a two hour minimum and the entire time the crew kept saying that they have "other places they need to be " even though they still had a whole hour left , when we were trying to find the location of our locker for storage. They left behind a bunch of boxes and bins, and refused to take anything that was not in a box I.e backpacks, huge pictures and lamps. One of the guys even used my microwave to heat up his breakfast. Just overall disappointing and the level of disrespect from the two men towards my family and all of my belongings , as their reviews seemed

The team of two did a great job moving my things. They were on time. We had a desk that we were worried about moving but the team managed it well- very impressed! Thank you for getting my belongings to my new home at a great price! I will defintely keep this company in mind for future moves- although I really do not hope to move anytime soon lol.

I used this company to move items from a small storage unit to a house, in the same city. Should have only taken them 3 hours max. They wound up taking 9 hours... but of course, why wouldn't they as you pay them per hour. One of the movers sat in the truck nearly the entire time. I wound up helping the other mover load stuff. So many items got… damaged as they were just tossing the boxes in the truck. I contacted Brian and the company, sent them several complaints with several photos..Only to be ignored. Absolute waste of money! Definitely Do NOT recommend

I have moved at least 10 times across the valley. I have never had an experience like this with a moving company before. It began with the movers showing up 7 hours late and ended with my favorite chair ruined. These were without a doubt the least professional movers I have ever seen. Not a single item was wrapped, protected, or handled with care. When I asked why this was the case, the answer I received was "I don't know. I just chose not to." They were young, lazy, and snarky. I am still beyond frustrated over a week later. I do not recommend Low Budget Movers and will not be using

6/26/21 Update: still impacted by the damage of the movers that I hired months ago. I was about to up it to 2 stars, because I do think the owner tried and is well-intentioned; I just don't think he realizes how much of a liability these guys ended up being--and it's not ok to chalk it up to, "everyone has their bad days...(which I didn't need to be reminded of)"
9 months after the move, (separate from the missing and damaged pieces at the time of the move), it turns out these guys left out other important support pieces--that were keeping my furniture safe and functional

Ricky and Brion were my movers. They were phenomenal. Not only did they arrive early, they worked with speed, yet caution. Nothing damaged, not a wall scraped. I don't have a single complaint. They were personable and positive; had us laughing the entire time. Pricing, considering the level of service I experienced, was more than reasonable. No hidden fees. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE this company!!! After asking on several occasions if they had materials to protect my furniture and if there was an extra charge, they cracked my fireplace. I have called on numerous occasions and sent emails and pictures. Each time they say the owner will call me back, which has NOT happened.
Additionally, they damaged my sofa,… dirtied my dinning room chairs and put my bed together wrong. After several calls regarding my bed, they finally sent the guys back to fix it and he LITERALLY CUZZED me out for getting him in trouble!! This ENTIRE COMPANY is unprofessional and DO NOT

The Movers came TWO HOURS early, very frustrating as I had my day planned for the time span they had originally confirmed. This meant I had to rush around like crazy trying to get everything in order when I thought I had had time to do that. One of the movers, Ricky, was great, helpful, polite and knew what he was doing. The other guy had a smart mouth and was sarcastic. He even handed me items to move myself! He was very annoying.

They start out great, but get slower as day goes on. Said 5 hours to move us out of our house., 8 hours later, didn't finish the job!!! They just got in their truck and left the job unfinished! Very unprofessional! I even bought them lunch and treated them with the upmost respect. Do not use this company! We have moved numerous times and have never dealt with this type of unprofessionalism! Beware of this company!!!

I booked Low Budget Movers after having spine surgery and everything was set for moving day. I was moving to another unit in my complex and had moved everything except for the big furniture.
The window that I was given was between 2:00 and 5:00pm. Two hours after booking my move, I received a call explaining that they needed to move my time from 2 to 5, to 3 to 6. I agreed to the switch, and on moving day 3:00 came and went. I called around 5:00 and asked for an eta, and was told that they had no idea. At 8:30 pm I was called by someone that I had never had contact with, explaining that the crew

Justin scheduled my move on very short notice, super grateful for. There was a misunderstanding that caused me to freak out but Brian resolved it satisfactory.
The best part was Damian and Ryan. They busted their butt to get my 4 bedroom 2 bath 1100 sq ft house moved. Being pregnant I couldn't do much. I appreciated their efficiency, ability to take direction and ask questions. Damian, in particular was very kind to my youngest who wants to "be everyone's friends".
I would've gladly given them 5 stars but the misunderstandings was very frustrating.

They were moving someone into my apartment complex and they totally blocked the entrance. When I asked them if they could move their truck to one side of the driveway so that people could access our homes they told me to deal with it. Extremely rude and he even got aggressive. Avoid these guys completely.

Things don’t always go as planned when you are moving. The crew showed up late and exhausted from 2 other BIG jobs they had. Once they got to me they were still very polite, friendly and professional. I had only a couple of pieces of furniture to move and it was done quickly with no complaints. I am so grateful to the guys that helped me move. 😇
